Establishment could definitely improve cleaning standards. Food and coffee was ok. Highlight of today's visit was our server... Regina. She was very personable, efficient and professional. Be aware that there is severe flooding in the parking lot afterrainfall, which makes spaces limited and and walking from point A to point B adventurous. Read more
It was pretty decent nothing to run tell mama. She gave 20mins on over the phone I took 25 mins to go pick the order up. Still... having to wait another 15mins for my food. So you decide, on a slow morning this happened. So just imagine a busy morning. Read more
Terrible.. The service was horrible. While waiting, I stood and watched the servers discuss who wasn?t taking a table of 7 &... what time they were leaving out the door. After finally being seated, still no waitress. I had to walk back to the front counter& ask did I not hv 1. After placing my order for drinks the waitress went & started back talking to the other servers about whowas leaving early from the shift. At this point I was over it. Don?t worry about the drinks Luv. The floors were nasty & wet.. &the waitress attitude was beyond me. Never again at this location. We left and came to the one on Perkins. I've had the worst experience here..TWICE. Can't seem to put my order in and I have to wait until I finally get management... involved. The order still comes out wrong. I understand if you are busy, but not to the point when I'm getting skipped by otherorders and then finally putting mine in after I already ordered 1 hour ago. Read more
The last IHOP was not beyond excellent, whereas this one was most excellent. It is for sure in most cases at a restaurant the... server holds the keys to the guest contentment. It is their attitude attention and overall demeanor that play such a role, as Iknow to the eating experience for sure. Lacey and I went to work early this day and it probably is our last day in this area forawhile so breakfast at IHOP on a rainy tax free weekend friday it was. Great Food, Super Sweet Staff, Fast Service I have been having a IHOP craze lately and they never fail me. They are always... polite, patient and keep the customer comfortable while waiting (I was picking up). The food was super fresh and amazing...Naptime now but I will be back!! Thanks staff!! I went with my family for brunch, and have went there several times with just my husband and I. One things I don?t like is... the time it takes for them to put us on a table, like on two occasions we have to wait for like 25-30 minute before getting aspace to sit.
