I ordered food from this restaurant on 10/17/2022. My food was cold and from the previous day. My eggs had a stinch of... salmonella. My sausage were undercooked and pink in the middle. My pancakes were freaking burnt and very dry. If you spend yourmoney wisely, you know you will prefer quality over everything. This is not the place. They feed you as if you were a junkie. Read more
Fulfilled a long time dream of having pancakes at IHOP for the very first time. Had a Chocolate Chocolate pancake and New York... cheesecake pancake and that was the best option I would have gone with for my first ever meal at IHOP. Read more
The absolute worst service I've ever experienced, 45 minutes to get a drink. Asked for a specific item 5 times, never received... it. Food was brought out cold order was wrong. I was a server for 10 years I know things can get busy and hectic andoverwhelming tried to be understanding but it was absolutely pathetic. Read more

Server was sweet. A 4 top relieved thier order before our 2 top and they had arrived 15 minutes after us and ordered later than... us. Bad experience although the server attempted to remedy the disaster of an hour and half breakfast that started with beingignored for seating twice. Bad experience. Will be a long time coming.... I visited on July 18th and this was a frustrating visit. I made a purchase and the menu states that you get double pancoins when... you order any minion meal off the menu but I did not receive double pancoins. I feel this is false advertisement. This visit wasvery frustrating because we had issues when we were seated. The lady was outside smoking at first and came in and preceded totake our drink order. She wreaked of cigarette smoke and I had to request that she wash her hands. She washed them so fast myson and I were not comfortable with her so we requested to be moved somewhere else, to another server. It took a long time toplace our order. Then, the server brought our food without bringing me my minion pancakes. We were really frustrated andattempted to leave several times but ended up staying. This visit was not a good visit. No one really knew how to do thepancoins. The lady kept saying I had to do it on the app so I asked for the second time to speak to the manager. This visit tooklonger than it should have. They are also false advertising in the menu. They show a picture of food in the menu and that is notwhat you receive when your food arrives. They have a picture of 2 crepes but does not tell you if you get the $10 combo, youonly get one crepe. The combo is definitely not worth the price for only one crepe. These restaurants are ripping people off andwe really need to stop supporting them until they become more affordable and get what we pay for. Including excellent customerservice. Employees need to be trained better about the pancoins and waiting tables in general. Provide silverware, condiments,napkins prior to meal coming out. The workers here have to be the not so brightest people I?ve ever encountered. I ordered the roasted Ham with gravy mashed... potatoes and a salad. What I received was so insulting I had to come on here and write about it. Not only did the salad notcome, half of the plate was corn , no mashed potatoes and two pieces weird looking chicken. Food was fresh and service was impeccable! The waitress was very attentive and helpful. I had a physically challenge friend with... me and the waitress made it very convenient for her mobility issue by moving us closer to the restroom and handicap parkingexit. Read more
