Service was fast. The Bacon Temptation Omelet was absolutely delicious. Our server was very attentive. Nice experience.
We go here often as a family. Typically we have breakfast foods around lunch time on a weekend day. Most of the time there is a... bit of a wait, to be expected for the time that we go. Usually 15-30 minutes. The food is always fresh, accurate and delicious.The majority of the staff are friendly. I ordered from a place called Super Mega Dilla, which apparently is a delivery-only option from IHOP (so I assume it was made... here since this was the address given). Two hours after eating my food, I became violently ill for hours and almost had to go tothe hospital. One of the worst nights I?ve ever had. Whatever virus I contracted from this food, I ended up giving to myfiancée, who also became violently ill and I had to take her to the ER. With her being type 1 diabetic, it was scary. I alsoended up giving it to my boss? kids too, who then became sick. So whatever is going on at this IHOP needs to be fixed ASAP. If I could give this place a ZERO I would. After waiting 40 minutes we decide to leave. The RUDE server tries to explain to me... that I've been there 15 minutes (not true) he then tells us on weekends it's slower getting food (not if you hire more help) andthe very last GREAT customer service he provided me and my family of 5 was DONT COME BACK! Service was slow despite the small numbers of diners. Our server was overwhelmed due to his tables being seated all over the... store. The restaurant was not clean. My pancake was cold so it wouldn?t melt butter. My meal was just blah. Read more
This location has one of the best customer service I?ve experienced. The food was served in a timely manner and delicious!
Came at night the previous day and they were understaffed and the wait was extremely long, had to leave due to the wait. Came... back the next morning with proper staff and it was extremely quick and the server we had was extremely attentive. Had thesplash berry and a country fried steak. The food came out a bit warm but everything tasted fine. Read more
