Today was my first time in this establishment. I was excited to try so many different things but i settled for hot wings and... okra. While waiting for my order they realized that they had given my order to another customer. Finally 45 minutes later ifnot more my food was up. I asked the guy running the place if he could compensate me with a cheesecake. His response was no. They have no sense of respect for their customer as him and i got into an arguing match. After wasting almost an hour of mytime he suggested that i get a refund....no sorry for the incovenience or anything. I ordered food here for the first time ever tonight Not happy either if it wasn't delivered it would have been taken back. I saw... on a review that chicken was too hard so I thought I was being smart by putting in instructions to please be fresh. Wellneedless to say it was so hard it cut my gum. My livers had no seasonings, okra wasn't cooked enough. I know things are hardright now but when I support a restaurant I expect good food for my hard earned money. After feeling better and finally cominghome all I wanted was some good fried food. What a let down, I'm sure they don't care and have excuses for not attempting tomake things right.
