Drive thru was empty which I should've taken as a hint to keep driving by it. My food was bland and not a season in sight. It... was also cold and I was the only customer in line. Both burgers where made wrong and I specified how I wanted them made not oncebut twice. If I could give it zero stars I would. Read more
Went on Friday night late. No line or customers, but there should have been. Food was goof and girl working (i believe solo) had... a great personality. Not often seen in the service industry, let alone from a chain. Read more

The worker who should've been behind the drive through window before closing was actually taking my order from her own vehicle... parked at the far end of the drive thru! She had to get out of her car and back into the building to re-ask my order since sheforgot. She was the only worker there, so had the handle the orders and the kitchen (so I will cut her some slack). I'm used toCarl's Jr in California, so I was surprised that the quality of food at Hardee's in Memphis seemed to be a lot worse. Read more
I went there this early evening to grab a burger, I got the original Hardee burger, no cheese an no mustard, load it up with the... lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, mayo an ketchup. Sometimes, it's just easy to grab and go. The burger was delicious, only thingI didn't like, was the bottom bun was hard as a rock????fix that an you got a winner, whomever built that burger knew what he orshe was doing, just make sure bun is fresh and not hard????I'll give you guys another shot to see if there's anyimprovement.However, getting that hard bottom bun was not good, cause the rest of that burger was great, Fix that an I'll giveyou five stars ????????????? Really I would rate it 4.5 stars if possible. The customer service is very good every time I go, the food is always fresh. The... only thing is they tend to be slower than most fast food places most of the time. Typically you can get in and out of a placelike McDonald's or burger King, etc.. in about 10 minutes, but Hardee's might make you wait 15-20 minutes even if you're theonly customer at the time Read more
