Good food and excellent smoothie at a fair price. I got the feiry gyro and it was good, though it was my first time eating one... so have no baseline to compare it to. I think it wouldve been good with more veggies like lettuce and tomato or something. Themint lemonade smoothie though was incredibly good, very refreshing and balanced flavor wise. A great spot for Greek food. This is a family-owned restaurant with excellent food. I love the Greek fries, and their hummus and... pita are so yummy. The prices are reasonable and there are plenty of options on the menu no matter what your diet is. You canorder to go, delivery, or dine in, and they're all great. This is one of my favorite lunch places near the U of M and I go hereall the time and it's always wonderful. Read more
We had a great night out. The mother is so friendly, we felt like we were amongst family. The service was amazing. I was craving... a gyro and this place took care of that need. I also tried the galaktoboureko, which is a lot easier to eat than pronounce. Butit was fun trying to get it right. My husband wanted to go back the next day but we ran out of time on our visit. The Beef and Lamb Gyro is the best gyro I have ever had in my life. Every bite was just so tasty--the beef and lamb was cooked... to perfection, exactly how you want it in a gyro. The vegetables were super fresh and delivered that little bit of crispycrunch that complimented the rest of the gyro so perfectly. And then the pita itself was simply delicious...seemed to melt inmy mouth in some bites. It is hard to articulate why it was so good, perhaps they bake the pita bread in house.... Finally,this is the spot for gyros that I have been waiting for in Memphis for so long. I also had the Chicken Shwarma, and it too wasoutstanding, although I think I preferred the Beef and Lamb gyro. I look forward to trying other items on the menu. I wastempted to get an order of the Hummus, but at $10 it seemed a bit pricey--looks like it was only a few years go when it was $6. I was tempted to drop my review down to 4-4.5 stars because of this, but the gyros were just so good. Read more
Awesome Greek food. Probably the best Greek food we've had so far in Memphis. Tried the Dolmades, Spanakopita, Falafel, chicken... and lamb gyros. All the food was excellent, meat tender, taste was perfect. Highly recommend you try the food here, especiallyif you enjoy Meditteranean food. Read more
