I was not happy with my order! I ordered 2 large super gyros and the thinly sliced meat was already precut and stored in a... heated drawer. It did not taste like any gyro meat I've ever eaten! They asked if I wanted to make it a combo meal but after Isaw the precooked fries sitting in the basket over the deep fryer I had to respectfully decline! I can't stant when you're toolazy to prepare fresh fries. I will wait for them to cook, but DO NOT TRY TO SERVE ME FRIES THAT HAD ALREADY BEEN COOKED ANDJUST SIT IN THE BASKET FOR REHEAT AND SERVE! I have been to this location several times. I've been able to order my food even with a language barrier. But today when I came... I told the guy on the register that the fries were being undercooked I also witnessed for other customers complain about thesame thing. They literally felt like I was biting into semi raw potatoes. The sad part is this is where my son really likes toget his ultimate fries. He had no problem giving one other customer and exchange of fries but when I asked he told me I wouldhave to pay an extra prize to get crispy fries and that I have to request crispy fries when I come. I've never requested for myfries to be crispy in the past but they always have been. Read more
