Food was good but the tables were dirty. It seems that the manager was the only one working. The menu screens were offline and... when I asked the cashier how to get the menu she said online. I asked is there something I can scan she looked at me as if shewas a deer in the headlights. Ordered a milkshake and it was more ice cream then a shake. I think workers need to be trained andthey really need to clean tables and chairs. Read more

Me and my brother went in today. Never seen a Freddy?s and wanted to try it. Not impressed at all!! Nasty samich! Fries where... nasty, and cheese fries where very nasty. Can't eat there if they aren't open. Seriously, what kind of establishment that truly wants to stay in business closes up at... 6pm, that's in the middle of the dinnertime rush for most places. Tuesday night I drove 10 miles to eat at Freddy's Cordovalocation. Arrived just before 8pm to find a handwritten sign taped to the door that said closed at 6. Drove from there to theBartlett store to find all the chairs up on the tables like they were closed too. Ended up going to Five Guys, theyappreciated our business, unlike Freddy's. Wasn't fresh and food was below average. Cold food, all the sodas tasted like they were out. But it was cause the CO2 on... machine needs calibration. Sadly, won't return. And it was our first time ever having Freddy's.. and will be our last! Gosomewhere else! Read more

First time trying Freddy's today, and we won't be back. We tried the jalapeño burger and patty melt. Jalapeño burger was ok,... but not good enough to order again or recommend. The patty melt was awful. Overcooked patty with no melt. The customer servicewas GREAT though, which is why we rated a 2 instead of 1! Read more

Ok for fast food, but way overpriced for what you get. $32 for 2 burger combo and ice cream (custard). 1st time here, got the... steak burger combo. I got the turtle sundae and he got Hawaiian concrete mixer. Honestly, rather have a plain vanilla cone fromchick fil a --- ice cream is nothing to brag about. Burgers good, not your standard smashed together patty. Fries ok, wish theywere hot. 3 stars is about as good as going to get based on overall, as price killed it. If you are hungry, spend your moneygoing to a restaurant, as this isn't going fill you up or hold you long. 1st and last visit. Read more
