Friendly staff AND delicious food. Wide variety of cocktails. No beer but you can always go next door to the brewery! Service... was quick and made for a great food stop after a long drive. Read more

It was the first time that we tried Edge Alley and it was delicious. We had a reservation and did not have to wait. The speedy... service was excellent. Our server was Liam and he was very courteous. The food was fresh and so good. We had the French toastwaffle which tasted like Chantilly cake??. The Mimosa of course were good as well as the nice and warm Cinnamon sticky bread. We had the Egg and Cheese Sandwich with fruit on the side and it was delectable. The best part is the patio area is petfriendly. We will be returning in the near future. Read more

A unique spot for Memphis, Edge Alley has successfully shifted from a coffee shop study space to a full restaurant with... creative, fresh takes on familiar fare. Good service, fantastic cocktails. Recommend reservations for the popular brunchservice. Light, modern space in a refurbished old building but can get very loud. Read more

Decided to have dinner here since we tried the lunch some time ago. I enjoyed the flare and spin on the items. I tried the flat... bread, the crust was a buttery, flaky, grainy texture, very unique and actually very enjoyable. I also ordered a warm beverage, the salted-caramel cappuccino was okay, but over- priced for the tiny serving size. I also indulged in the shrimp and grits. Theshrimp were wonderfully prepared and served under a sauce that was flavorful but a bit spicy. The restaurant's decor isindustrial chic however, the uncomfortable stools took away from the evening. I'd give 4 stars for the food, 4 for the service, but the stools are a zero. I'd recommend giving them a try for the food but avoid the stools if you have any back problems. Read more

We were in town for a volleyball tournament and I made a reservation here for dinner. I have no regrets! The service was... amazing, the food was outstanding, and the restaurant was adorable. I got the warm olives and toast, the gnocchi and themarmalade tart and it was phenomenal. 10/10 recommend. Read more

Have been here 2 times, once last year and just recently again for weekend brunch. Had a much better experience last year,... unfortunately the long wait and food was disappointing this time around. Tried the steak and eggs ($22), boyfriend had avocadotoast. I?d probably skip both, avocado toast came with big slices of very firm avocado that was hard to spread on a plain wheattoast that was hardly toasted, also does not include an egg. The steak dish came with 3 small cubes of steak, found it kind ofdry/tough. Loved our drinks though, I had the lavender latte and it was topped with a lovely lavender salt - perfect for alavender nut like me. Our server was great, but sadly it didn?t make up for the fact that we waited 30-40 minutes despite halfor more of the tables being empty? even when we were seated and then again when we were done with our meals all those tableswere still sitting empty? meaning we could have been seated right away and likely wouldn?t have interrupted the ?reservations? This is place is very close to my apartment and I simply love to be here. They have both inside and the patio tables. We walked... in, but the pace usually is highly packed. So I highly recommend you to get a reservation before. Their inside environment isvery cool, hip, and new age. The staff work here are also cool and welcoming. They have some interesting beverage section. I hada cappuccino and that was too good. The food was good. I ordered a lox with biscuit. The lox fillets were decent, but the thymelavender biscuits were mind blowing. I took fruits as the side. They were fresh. My boyfriend ordered some waffle. It was goodtoo. We ordered a pie as a dessert. It was a bit mediocre. Overall i think it?s good. Although it was fine for me, but somepeople may complain about the portion size. Update: we revisited again for the brunch. This time I ordered the fried chickenwith biscuit and my friend ate the steak and eggs. Both the dishes were terrific. The only thing is that their menu options arelimited. Another update: Loved their chicken sandwich. It was yummy and filling. Read more
