I thought it was good. A fun little place to stop. Our service was good. I?m not sure what we ate but we cooked it at the... table. Read more

The waitress was nice, but she was covering the whole restaurant. I guess luckily there were few tables at the time we visited,... but in busy times I could see that being an issue Food was meh to terrible. I think my bibambap actually moved beyond blandinto subtractive flavor. Literally one of the worst examples of the dish I?ve had. Beyond the food, the place just had anunwelcoming vibe. Given the area and the number of options, you can definitely do better than this place for your food dollars. Read more

First off let me say that I am visiting My mother in law and her family and wanted them to experience Korean food because I am... Korean. This place is really the only Korean food in the city so had to go here by default. I?d say the portions are on thesmaller size and the food wasn?t the greatest in some areas but the bbq was fine. I ordered 5 different types of meat, bibimbap, japchae and cheesy corn. It?s the only Korean food option around so I won?t complain much. Service was great so thank you to ourwaitress! Read more

This place is the only Korean bbq place in memphis so honestly only go here if you?re craving Korean food and you can?t go... anywhere else. The food is really really mediocre and absolutely not worth the price. The kimchi jigae will have 2 chunks oftofu and is super watered down; there?s also no meat and the kimchi is typically undercooked and super crunchy. The ramen isalso underwhelming and has no flavor. The bbq is also super mid-the bulgogi sauce isn?t really bulgogi sauce. I?m originallyfrom NY and lived in Atlanta before moving here so this is really not authentic korean food. But if you?re craving somethingsimilar to Korean food, this is the only place in the area you can go to Read more

I went for lunch with a friend since it was nearby work. It was mostly empty so I figured the food would come out in a... reasonable time even if I dined in. A portion of the menu was not available and we only found out as we were placing our orders. My friend ordered bibimbap and was told to receive the bibimbap in a stone bowl would cost extra otherwise it would come withrice on the side and in a regular bowl. She ordered it without the stone bowl thus her rice came on the side. That's notbibimbap nor was it worth that price. I ordered bulgogi and a half order of the dumpling appetizer. Bulgogi didn't really tastegood stuff the dumpling was greasy and gummy when you bite it. It stretched with resistance with any bites I took. We were alsogiven a hand-written list of side items to choose 3 from, so that somewhat evened out the prices on the menu. However, when wewere ready to pay, there was a gratuity fee added to both of our receipts. We were just 2 people and we didn't order anythingspecial or unique, there's nothing on the menu or near the entrance that says there's a gratuity fee for a party of 2 and up. Sonot only was the food overpriced and underwhelming on top of slow service, we got a surprise gratuity fee. I wont be headingback there. You can make better Korean food by just going to the international market and buying the ingredients to cook it athome. Don't waste your money here. The waitress was nice though so there's that but that's about it. Read more
