Once I finally 'came from under my rock's and visited Dunkin for the first time. I was disgustingly appalled. From the 10... beggers outside the door to the filthy tables inside, not mentioning the 7 minutes we waited at the register to place an orderand nobody bothered waiting on us, though we were definitely seen. Although it seems like the line goes really fast it is not without a cost to the employees who work very hard to achieve this... with the direction of a rude , condescending manager , called Kelly! Kelly does not give new workers who are experienced achance to learn and she makes unreasonable demands even if you are moving at lightning speed. instead she passive aggressivelydecides to schedule you off on days that she works and schedules you on night shift for the days she does so she doesn?t haveto deal with you or worry about training you so you don?t mess up the flow. I?m not sure if Kelly ever wanted to hire me forMorning shift because someone else interviewed me I?d rather her decline me the job offer than to be rude and whisper to otheremployees about how ?slow? I?m moving . It doesn?t take rocket science to know how to pass food quickly out of a window. I ordered a med. vanilla bean Coolatta. When mixed properly it should be white in color. My drink was a light tan color. That... occurs when the carafe isn't rinsed out, after a darker drink (e.g. coffee) is blended. If they can't be bothered with a 5 secautomated rinse to clean the carafes between drinks, what other health code practices do they skip when preparing food anddrinks. This is the best Dunkin?s I?ve ever stepped foot in. The drive thru is always packed but very efficient. I always mobile order... and as soon as I press order from a few blocks away, it?s ready when I get in. I am a truck driver and placed a order on grubhub the driver was unable to find me at the truck stop and left so I had to... replace the order I called this location and they went above and beyond to not only make sure my order got to me but to take asecond and show appreciation and it really put a smile on my face when it was needed. This location does a great job. I come here often in the mornings and they are fast, polite, and get my order correct. Much... better than most fast food places in the area. Their coffee and hot breakfast food is pretty good. Can't say much about thedonuts. I really appreciate that the staff here keep things smooth and reliable. Good people. Read more
