I actually like Dunkin's coffee compared to places like McDonald's, Starbucks, Chic-fil-a, etc. They make a nice medium roast... that caters to a large amount of taste buds. Chic-fil-a coffee is too strong, McDonalds is inconsistent, Starbucks does to muchto their coffee. The customer service can be hit or miss, but that is everywhere these days. Read more

This is the place I visit the most, love'em to death- but it's a gamble on the coffee it might be training new people but... somtimes the coffee can be really burnt- Oh, and some manager there- with a blue car, with a little "white" colored bear head onthe dash bear double parks. It's one thing if it's a massive parking lot- but this slim parking lot, and it can be packed mostof the day. I don't mind the walk, but I know customers who may have issues with walking could really use that closer parkingspot. (I'll add a photo later) Read more
This is the worst Dunkin i have ever been too! Not only was it a long wait for drive thru, but realistically I had to repeat my... order eight times to the young lady at the window. Three times the young lady told me they HAD a donut that they were OUT of, towhich i already had paid for what they were out of. After asking me my order eight times the young lady decided to spraychemical cleaner on the drive-thru window which conveniently went into my vehicle, not on purpose.. but still. I could rantForever on this experience but I will end by stating my order was still wrong once I got it, the young lady told me she gave metwo extra Donuts to make up for the service and conveniently the two extra Donuts were one of the first Donuts I asked for andwas told they were out of, and the Donuts were also as hard as a rock. ????
