Ive been a customer for a long time. Order so much that we have a regular delivery driver which is so cool as well are senior... citizens and our regular friendly delivery driver is at well. I spend a lot of money with them as my grandkids LOVE Domino?s aswe do. Two issues over past 5 years which we?re resolved immediately! Items were left off my order on both occasions, he wentback and brought them to me! The only complaint with this establishment is I spend minimum of 40-50 plus on each order which hasresulted in several free pizzas and/or other reward items. Still I?ve yet too see the free surprise rewards with deliver that?sadvertised in the media. We love and prefer you compared to the competitors, so, show an old lady some love, lol. Read more
Ordered a large pizza, Parmesan sandwich & desserts. The crust on the pizza over cooked. The sandwich bread hard as a rock,... toasted black around the edges and barely contained sauce & chicken. In other words?inedible!!! If it wasn?t for dessert wewould?ve ate. With times the way they are you would think they would be wanting to keep customers not run them off. Maybe thislocation (on Poplar) could take some tips from the Southaven location. The star was for dessert otherwise I wouldn?t give themany! Read more
Ordered stuffed cheese bread, well it was stuffed but cheese on the bread was practically non existent. Ordered Alfredo and my... noodles were so dry they slit when I put my fork through them, where is the CHICKEN!!! 3+ hours for almost freezing wings. Not tossed whatsoever. Extremely disappointed with customer service at the franchise, no one... at the store could tell me anything about my order whatsoever after calling 2 hours in. Never ordering from Domino's, at leastthis location, ever again man. They don't even deserve a half of a star for this level of food service. 2/ ordered again? I'm sorry, but two stars is the best I can do for a late night Saturday carryout order. First, it was supposed to be ready by... 12:39am. Nope, about 12:58am. Second, bread bites were undercooked. Whoever cut the pizza had an epic failure, just look at itand the hole in it! Really? But I was hungry and it tasted good. Read more
