I wish I?d seen this review before booking. I need a refund I ordered for a client that was chartering a plane and there is no... communication and no sense of urgency. When I ordered the food it said 30min were going on an hour no food I had to tell mypilot to leave with the client. This is not a good look and we most certainly will never use your company again. I?m calling thelocal store and yet still no one has picked up to give me answers, the tracker is not working but sent me a text. This isridiculous and very poor customer service. If I could give a minus 20 STARS I would. I have tried (couple months ago & tonight) to purchase delivery to my job (Which is... less than 5min away) FEDEX; I used my credit card & tonight I was paying w/cash. Both times a couple hours pass by & I receive acancellation text. I call to speak w/mgr & the 1st time said the order was sent to another location despite me giving myaddress. Now I called back tonight & the mrgsaid he would check w/his driver & call me back. I waited for 10 minutes & I calledback. Conveniently when the phone was answered it was immediately hung up. I called back & someone put the phone on holdwhich Istayed on for 45min & hung up. This is UTTERLY RIDICULOUS bit it's the way of the world now to give MEDIOCRE SERVICE @ anunfair price! I've always liked where this Domino's is located, they're doing Lotta road reconstruction there, makes it difficult to get in... get out. I ordered the pizza bowl with sausage mushrooms and pepperoni. I got it soon as it popped out of the oven. The ladies on front counter was nice, I really liked the woman that boxed .y bowl, she was hilarious. I liked the bowl, yet it use somesalt reduction. I can taste salt in anything. I had the marinara sauce, I may try the chicken Alfredo next, the bowls are sortof pricey, yet it's lot of food. Constantly unable to deliver. Had to cancel my order after waiting over an hour for an update. I do not recommend the Dominoes... at 3000 Airways. And on specialty pizza orders, if it comes with an alfredo sauce, you will get the Marianna sauce. Read more
They messed up the order and did what they was supposed to do take care of the problem. For that and they gave me an extra 2... liter of Sprite for all the hassle. Appreciated the service and dedication to customer satisfaction. That's what I call acompany and I'll definitely go there again and recommend people to go there. Absolutely horrible location. I drove 10 minute on the phone waiting for them to pick up and they never picked up the phone. I... was standing in front of their store watching them texting and still no one was picking up. I even took pictures while on thephone. Horrible management. This was my first time ordering a carry-out from this location. I've have heard bad things about this location. But I like this... location it had plenty of parking. The inside store has been updated. It's even a place for you to sit and eat. On thisparticular night the store was clean and the staff was very friendly. My pizza what's hot out of the oven.
