When i found out about Da sauce a couple years ago, i was hooked. But i stopped going because they never answer the phone. I get... small business places are short staff but there is no excuse for the lack of professionalism in that place. I?ve encounteredseveral rude incidents but i never complained or left a review. Two days ago my boyfriend and I decided to go here to get wings.It was also his first time. We couldn?t even get in the door good enough, the two OLDER LADIES asked if we are picking up anorder. I told her no and she has an artist use at this point. She told us it was too late to order even though it was 7:00 andthey closed at 8:00. Then she yelled asking what was i trying to order and i expressed that i only wanted a 5 piece wing order,but no one answered the phone for me to place an order. Because she raised her voice and was extremely rude for no reason atall, we left. And i will not be back to support unless something is done about the older women up front. They are always therude and never pleasant. Read more

Customer service was not pleasant at all. Per rep online menu was down so as I had ask questions regarding the menu she proceeds... to speaks over me so I just disconnected the call. So I never had the opportunity to taste the food - couldn?t get pass thedoorkeeper. Read more

Since you want to respond to my reply unprofessionally here it is. First of all I?m a female. Second, I was on the phone the... whole time the dasher was there when the lady said it. Third, this was my first time ordering from here if you read the firstreview so I can?t say anything about your food if I never received it sir. The lady told her you all didn?t do DoorDash. And thecorrect term is ? offline ? not ? live?. If it was offline she should?ve said so but she didn?t. Instead she started arguingwith the dasher. So you need to talk to your employee?s on what?s works or don?t work in your establishment and do some customerservice training. But if the owner doesn?t know how to talk or respond professionally then know I see were your employees get itfrom. But Thank you for proving my point. You need to learn humility and learn how to respond in a professional manner as abusiness owner. Read more

Customer service aside the wings are actually quite good. I was a bit iffy after reading some of the reviews but took a chance.... I had the spicy seasoned wings with seasoned fries and I must say that the spicy seasoning reminded me of the Louisiana Rub atWing Stop but so so so much better! My daughter had the lemon pepper wings which were ok (a bit basic) and the fried okra. Shewasn?t a fan of the over seasoning of the okra but we both agreed that the okra was pretty good! If you get the fried okra justtell them light on the seasoning. The place itself is a bit dated on the inside but very clean. Nice atmosphere. I will probablyvisit this place again if I?m in the area. Read more
