Service is very bad in this location, way too slow. The drive thru that is further way from the windows does not work , it... happens many many times but there is no sign or anything indicating that side of the drive thru is closed. Wasted us a lot oftime. Besides, staff always get our order wrong, we asked for no mustard but they always add mustard in it. The oil needs toreplace more often, the nugget color is way too Brown and has a bitter after taste, that's an indication of the oil been usedtoo many times. Hope management see this. Didn?t like to listen to my order because it was big, started giving me an attitude through the mic. Got my order and the... burgers were burnt from both sides, took my kids to the hospital the next day because they had a very painful stomach ache. Tooktwo days off from work just to sit with them, please don?t feed this rubbish to your kids. Read more
Asked for three trays with cheese fries. She made me repeat my order 3 times until she got fed up and very rudely told me to... come at the window. She gave me fires with mozzarella bites for all three trays. Came again to grab food for my family. Got 2trays, burger was burnt, darker than my soul, no cheese on it and a whole pound of onions. Very disrespectful people who don?tlike to do there job or listen to a long order, I do not recommend going to this restaurant because you will be treated veryrudely. Read more
It use to have 5 star service...the last time I went I was just handed my food...no bag, no straw, no condiments, no napkins,... no dips, no THANK YOU COME AGAIN.....nothing!!! This is not an OG Cook out. Things were missing. No onions on my burger which comes standard but i got bacon which i asked not... to have on my burger.. and no cajun on the fries when it was specifically expressed?and they ain?t include no sauce. This is by far the worst one I?ve ever been to. I have never gotten my food right once. Even today on the receipt it said no... onions or tomatoes and guess what came on the burger. They are lazy and very incompetent here. Your job is as simple as it gets.Learn how to do it correctly and stop being ignorant. Read more
I absolutely love cookouts food. As far as the review is concerned the food is top notch. The location is the topic of this... review. This cookout is fairly new. Every time I've gone through there it's a long wait time, the staff is fairly discourteous,and the order has been wrong more than it has been right. They almost always forget to give you and straws with your drinks, orutensils for your food. I love cookout, but if you visit this location it's hit or miss. Read more
I come here from time to time for lunch but they messed up this time. And the manager was not apologetic about it he Looks like... a young manager who don?t know much about good customer service. I was told to pull up twice and I actually had to get out mycar to get my corrected order instead of them bringing it to my car. I have called that 1866 number and it doesn?t work.
