Tonight we received the worst service and the cashier argue with my son when he said the order was wrong. The manager said... nothing just standing there looking while the cashier talked the way she did and food was over cooked food taste burnt dry withno taste you don't like your job then you need to quit it's some decent people that want to work. My husband's first time and I had a previous experience with a friend that introduced me. He loved it he loved it and of course... I would not have recommended it if I didn't feel the same way. What I stressed the most is that Cook Out is several differentdining experiences in one. I mean look at the Menu. Oh I'm sorry bring a friend bring your better half hell bring the wholefamily. The prices within reason. We had each entree ,sides and drinks for about $12 and nothing was small. Keep up the goodwork Cook Out and we'll keep coming ?????? Read more
I went to the location on Elvis Presley and I ordered the tray for burger and season Ed fries. I ordered a pink Lemonade, needed... more sugar. For the most part, the hamburger was cooked well done, not burnt, seasoned fries was delicious. For $7and a littlechange, was a good deal. I will definitely return when I want that backyard grilled taste and the service wasn't bad????. I givethem a 5 star rating, well deserved, plus they was very busy too. Read more
Second time here to give another try after months and food isn?t all that great at this location. Fries are good when fresh. My... burger meat texture was a bit off and pink in the center and the bread was old. Keep crumbling with every bite I took. So thatdestroyed my experience. Cook is the best place you can go right now if you want something quick, good and light. No long lines and if there is one trust... and believe you still want be sitting in it because that's how fast they are. Great customer service just be on your bestbehavior after 2 or 3 in the afternoon when the teenagers have came to work. Some have been thought how to conduct themselvesand some still haven't heard fat meat greasy. But besides that food is fresh, price is low and service is perfect. Read more
