The smartest fast food chain that I know of. While all the other fast food restaurants, with their rude and unfriendly staff and... limited menu items close by 10 PM, there's Cookout getting all the business that these other restaurants don't want. EveryCookout location I've been to has never been ì??out of a single menu item! I hope Cookout makes great profits, I hope theemployees benefit from it, and I hope they add more locations! Read more

This used to be my go to spot for a quick lunch but my last few visits have all been disappointments. Overcooked food, wrong... orders, rude window service, and twice they've given me a completely plain burger patty on a bun and a plain hotdog with nocondiments. Since when do we need to start ordering the toppings specifically for an order? And charged me for extra cheese in asandwich with nothing on it at all. Read more
Absolutely delicious y'all. I'm from North Carolina so when this Carolina restaurant came to Memphis I couldn't wait. No offense... Memphis but Carolina BBQ is so much better!! Best place to go for more bang for your buck food! Decent fast food option when you leave work after 11pm and not many other... places are open. Not the highest quality, but it's open! I'm sure it would be amazing drunk food after a night of partying, butI don't do that (but can tell from the clientele waiting in the drive thru that this is a common use of Cook Out). Read more
Food is good but the cooks and cashiers need improvement. Food: Made to order but the cook adds either to much sauce on your... burger or to many onions. Often get a GAINT slice of tomato on my burger, maybe its a Cookout thing. Service: "The NIGHTShift"... sounds scary right ?
