BLUF: This restaurant could use a deep cleaning. Came in on a Thursday afternoon well after the lunch rush. The food was... excellent, which is the reason for two stars. Other than that the experience was terrible. The most egregious aspect of thisparticular restaurant was the cleanliness. There wasn?t a trash can in the entire place that wasn?t overflowing with garbage.None of the tables were clean. All of them had trash, food and used condiments on them. I had to wipe off my table and chairwith napkins. The Coke Zero fountain drink machine shot soda everywhere except for my cup. The staff was okay, the poor girl atthe hot station kept running out of ingredients. When she called for more it didn?t seem like the kitchen staff wasacknowledging her because she had to keep walking to the kitchen to repeat herself. The cashier seemed more preoccupied with herphone and engaging with coworkers than ringing up my order. As I said the cleanliness of the front half of the restaurant washorrendous. If that?s the portion that is presented to the customers, no telling how bad the kitchen areas looked. The food wasfine but I won?t be visiting this specific Chipotle again in the future. If you value your health and safety I would recommendyou avoid, if possible as well. Read more

This place needs help. Restaurant dirty. Drink station sticky everywhere. Employees don?t listen when placing order. More... concerned with moving fast rather then getting the order right. Employees making negative comments. Overall experience bad. Rice was still hard and bland. Read more

I am so disappointed in this location. We?re a family of die hard chipotle fans but this place does not meet our standards at... all. All of the employees are extremely rude, the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting (see picture of all of the mold under thesink in the women?s bathroom), the counter where all the topping options are was filled with food thrown everywhere, and thedrink station was nasty and sticky. Trash cans overflowing, out of forks, and the bathroom was out of toilet paper. I poured acup of sweet tea and there was all kinds of black stuff in it. Poured it out and tried again and the same thing happened. It?sprobably the same black stuff that?s under the sink in the bathroom. Health department seriously needs to get a grip on thisplace because this is unacceptable and it?s gonna end up making someone sick? Read more

Rice hard and crunchy. I was also told by the manager ? they don?t have to put everything you ordered on your? exact... words!!!!!!!!!!!! Poor customer service. The New location in Summer is so much better. The food is fresh and you receive fairportion sizes. Read more

Blandest Chipotle i had in my life. The chicken barely had flavor. The food line was messy, esp. at the end where the cold... toppings are. The sour cream had a bunch of stuff in it. (The customer before me had to ask for them to change lettuce bc ?itlooked nasty?, they did. ) The customer service wasn?t the best but not the worse. But this is the First chipotle i went towhere instead of opening a fresh container of sour cream, their solution was for me to eat my food without any. I had to tell athird employee i was allergic something that another worker said may be in the sour cream for them to give me some from the togo station. Online order submitted at 530pm for a 6pm pickup. Arrive at 555pm and was told it would be another 30-45 min before the food was... ready. I started noticing people with 630pm pickup times getting there food and when I asked I was told ?yours is coming, yougot here late so it?s your fault?. The restaurant was a disaster as a whole, dirty floors, dirty kitchen, food everywhere. Thedrink machine was sticky and trash overflowing. The line for online and in store dining was to the entrance door. When my orderwas finally completed I was then told they were out of chips. Instead of letting me know ahead of time they pointed at a 1800number on the wall and told me to call them for complaints. Overall it was a very bad experience. The crowd was outrageous but the workers kept it moving. They were great at communicating line placement with pickup orders!!... Shout out to trinity and tenisha!! They didn?t get frustrated and we?re giving great customer service! Now, pickup orders can beprepared a little better. Our bowls were skimpy (didn?t even measure out to 1.5 cups) and the burritos were the size of thetacos and they forgot our chips. Improvement needed there!
