**Update** I can now order off Doordash app! Thank you :) I discovered this chain in Chattanooga maybe around 2014 or 2015 and... so happy to have one in Memphis. This location is always clean and staff is nice. I get a free drink with military ID and in thepast have gotten a free meal on Veterans Day. I sometimes order delivery through their website. They have doordash deliver. Ihave a doordash membership, so I do wish I could go directly through my app to not have to pay the delivery fee. I haven?tgotten wheat crackers the past several times I ordered, I wish you would bring them back, even possibly offering both types ofcrackers. One visit I came close to closing time but I ordered a bowl of soup & got a cup instead. I had to return the next day. Recent... visit today I ordered a turkey sandwich and it was thrown together and barely cut. The turkey meat had a a slimy film on half ofit. I couldn?t finish the other half. Normally it's a quick lunch stop but unfortunately today it took about 25 minutes to get our food. This takes a chunk out of... your lunch time, especially if you went out of your way to travel there. When we got it, the food was great like it usually is. The service was also great and I understand it happens. I tried to eat here last Tuesday and they were closed unexpectedly. So hopefully next time, everything will be back to normal! Read more
I had an old south chicken salad. The salad under the ball of chicken salad was bad. I have photos. I told the manager and was... offered another salad.... I said no....she then walked away. Really! Follow up: Even though the local manager was not verycustomer friendly, the company reached out to me. Mrs. Erin M. saw my review and offered to make things right. She listened tomy complaint and assured me that their company does not promote the type of response I received or serve the quality of food Iwas served. She gave me another chance to try their restaurant and hopefully receive their quality food like it should havebeen served and a better customer experience. I?ve been eating here for a while now. The food is still great, however the staff leaves much to be desired. The pad few times... I?ve gone in I?ve been met with a funky attitude by staff that acts like I?m bothering them by coming in and ordering. On mylast visit I got that same attitude like I was wasting their time with my simple order. I sit down after ordering my to go orderand look up at the cashier who is just glaring at me. I like to think I?m misinterpreting, but it?s just too consistent with thesour attitude. I work a job where I get cursed out and have to physically fight people frequently, but that doesn?t stop me fromserving the next person with a smile. Get better staff. When it first opened it was great. I have eaten here a lot so I know. Now it is nasty in overall cleanliness..sticky tables.... Bevarage machine has been down the last 2 weeks instead of getting it fixed you are told to just get tea or lemonade. No largelids stocked. This means when management changed, this store has gone to hell. Sad to say because I really like their food.Makes me not want to come back. Read more
Today our mission team (about 18) people went to Chicken Salad Chick for dinner. The staff served us quickly and efficiently;... everyone had their meals in about 5 minutes. We all had different meals, but everyone exclaimed it was good. My meal consistedof the Cranberry Kelli (chicken salad with cranberries and almonds), chicken artichoke soup (different for me) with crackers, acookie and lemonade... I'll be back. Read more
