Looked Terrible. Didn't eat it. Something was dropped on the floor and put in my bag. Bad attitudes.
I recieved my food reasonably quickly, and my order was correct. The service, however, was not very good. The woman at the... window was rude and had an attitude. I tried to be polite and say thank you after receiving my food, but I recieved an eye rollin response. I hope customer service will improve in the future. Read more

Tried this location more than once and after this last visit I will not be back. Was told at the window at 622pm with zero... customers at the restaurant that they were doing turnover and to come back later. Who does a shift turnover in the middle ofdinner rush. And never have I seen a fast food place stop taking orders to do a shift change. The other visits were terribledue to cold food, bad attitudes, multiple items unavailable from the menu. Whoever owns this restaurant needs to fire its staffand start from scratch, otherwise I don't see this location staying open. Worst service in Memphis and that's saying something. Read more
Just ordered from them last week. Got home and had a kiddie burger with no meat. That's the sixth time they have don't. And OMG!... A small fry three dollars now? No way. Won't return Read more
Usually do not have either chili or hot dog for chili dogs,or system is down,or only doing app orders,but last time their coupon... machine wasn't working,it's always something when I try to eat here,which is frequently, unfortunately it is close to my job andusually only place open besides Krystal,but that's another sad story. Seems to be some funny business going on at this location, how did four checker burgers add up to 20$?! And it?s never a receipt... given. These mysterious high prices and no receipt has happened numerous times on top of nasty attitudes. Read more
