I normally like Checkers. I can't recall having bad services It's been awhile since I've been. Kinda was ready for a cheap... ???? with only cheese, mayo only, and my Husband everything but cheese. So we placed our order. Got to the window, and it'slike they couldn't get our order right. Keep repeating and getting it wrong like they could not understand plainly. Weconstantly telling them how we wanted our ????, and they still was repeatedly saying it wrong,, so, we get our food. I looked,and never been sooooo disappointed ????. I didn't even eat it. It stayed in my refrigerator for 2 days before I threw itaway. I will never go back to any Checkers Period. especially the one on Mt. Mariah and Hickory Hill. I came to this location time was 2:38 am. I watched about 5 cars in the drive from that time till 3;22 sit and sit and sit. This... is is the absolute biggest joke of a ?fast? food place I ever seen in my life. I?ve sat and waited 45 mis just to put my orderin and have yet to even get that far. I just looked out the window of the truck and count 29 cars. WAiting. For what? The foodhad best be almost the most delicious food I?ve ever encountered for the wait to be a hour. It?s not like it?s a 5 star sitdown place. I would go home but truth be told this is the only place open. I hope I make it before the place closes. Placed my order online and still end up waiting dang near an hour for my order. Workers inside walking around like they don't... know what they doing. The female at the window had her phone glued to her hand and couldn't help do nothing but walk a track inthe floor. One guy constantly getting drinks from the drink machine idk how he thirsty with no work getting done and another guychillin outside with his homies. I mean! It's at least 10 cars behind me when I finally made it to the window and my order STILLwasn't ready ???? this location won't have to worry about me coming to it again it was just terrible! Read more

Derika, was beyond rude this woman made it obviously clear that customer service was not an obligation fulfillment to her... customers. I was a customer traveling from out of town and I remember checkers when I lived in Chicago. So I was really lookingforward to reliving the memories that this food establishment had given me when I was younger. Unfortunately Derika made me wishI had never gone there. As I was asking her questions about the food menu she kept rushing me by saying what do you want what?What do you want? Just tell me what you want. When I gave her my order she never bothered to give me my total. When I got tothe window to make sure she got the order correct instead of saying can you repeat that sir, she says to me in a rude mannerwhat? I asked her if she could repeat my order just to ensure it was correct she printed the receipt gave it to me then hadsomeone else give me my food. So she made my experience a living hell and I do not wish to ever go to that Checkers or any othercheckers, in the event I might run into another Derika. Read more
