Shay was amazing she offered extremely professional and courteous service we even bought two apple pies just because she was so... nice. I hope that she becomes the manager if she's not and trains everyone to be just like her. I don't know if it was that shewas nice and the food tasted better because of that or if this location actually had better food. I love to share my experiences so that people will not waste their time and money on poor quality establishments. The customer... service was HORRIBLE, I waited at the speaker for about 3 minutes. I said hello, and the lady said yes ma?am, I said are youready for me to place my order? She said yes! Who does the training here?! They are suppose to wait on the customer, not theother way around. I should?ve left, but I was super hungry. Then they make you wait at the red poll after a car has pulled off.I guess this is to manage their drive through time. Ordered the buy 1 get 1 half off chicken bite box. The box on the right had an old stale taste like it had been reheated after... being cooked 5 hours before handing it off to me. I expected better especially since I had to wait for them to "cook" my order. Read more
