I would not have given any stars if possible. This is sad and it makes no sense. I placed my order at 11:26am and Gere it is... 11:44am and I'm still waiting. I just saw a roach crawling. I deliver food.This location is one of the best restaurants that l pick up from. From the gentleman at the front counter to the... chefs 100% professional. I use to enjoy eating in this mall. Now i will never make that mistake again to spend any money at carleys or any other store.... My (phillysteak) sandwich was fine it was the horrible customer service. They hired young (18-23) year olds who use street slangand street etiquette to address customers not a good look. Yelling "yo" across a the lobby and when asking where napkins are impointed to a bin while the crew sits in front of the register is extremely unprofessional. They will see you standing at the register and never Acknowledge you. The manager seem as if she has to do everything. They... never asked me what I wanted on my food or if I want everything on there instead they assumed I wanted everything && put extrathing on my philly that I do not eat. They have no customer service skills first off and second never met such employees that seem like they hate even working. Got charged for a combo when I clearly said I did not want a combo, sandwich only. Then paid for a drink that I didn?t get, had... to go back and get, then had to wait for them to fill up ice. Then they didn?t have correct coins so I had to get a dollar worthof change in pennies and nickels, when she could of just took .3 cents off my meal to make it a even dollar amount. Read more
