I ordered the pull pork sandwich. Great meal to have if your hungry and from out of town. Also tried all the cakes ????, moist... and soft. Chocolate is my favorite. The Carmel was also good, nice and sweet. We also ordered the sampler, the sauce on wings isgood! Comes with a little bit of everything for everyone to try. If you are looking for great BBQ, then this place is a must. Don't be deterred by the appearance. The food is wonderful and the... staff is friendly. I had the ribs. They had the best dry rub I have ever tasted. They were cooked perfectly. I would eat themanytime. They were so good they didn't need any sauce. The sauces are also good. I really like that the sauces are served warm.Very nice touch. The potato salad is also amazing. It was mustard based with eggs. This is the type of potato salad I grew upeating. It brought back such fond memories of how my mom made it. This is a must place to eat if you are in Memphis. Read more

Just what is ?Memphis Style BBQ?? It?s when there?s more meat than will stay on the bun and Central does Memphis proud. Takes... two hands and if you put it down you?d better get a fork. A business acquaintance took me here for lunch. My first time visiting Memphis and had heard great things about bbq from... Memphis. Ordered pulled chicken sandwich with fries and onion rings. Overall this was a good BBQ place. The food was really good and quick to the table. The sides were delicious and the best part... was the sauce selection. I live and die by vinegar sauce. Their vinegar sauce was spot on! Read more
