I have been here twice now and had both the brisket and the ribs. The ribs are definitely a move for some authentic... Memphis-style barbecue (you have to get the dry rub to get the real experience). The sauce is also good but just doesn?t fullydifferentiate itself from other regional barbecue. I will be coming back when I?m in the area to try some more different Memphisstaples. The prices are reasonable, service is great, and food does not disappoint. This location is always well-kept and has anice ambiance. Read more

Was ok... Pulled pork was dry. Had four sauces the medium one was the best hot mustard and vinegar all had about the same... flavor. Brisket was okay smoked turkey was really good. Enjoyed mac and cheese onion rings and barbecue baked beans. Staff waspolite and the place is clean. Has a fairly big outside seating area. I would give him another try. Read more

All I can say is NASTY. It was cold, overcooked and just not good. Pork sandwich tasted boiled. Ribs were cold, dry and hard as... if they had been sitting out all day. Fries were cold, not even warm. Mac & cheese was hot but bland....only seasoned on thetop. Chicken wings were overcooked and bland other than the sauce which was okay but too much heat for Sweet Heat. I wish I hadtaken a picture of all the food we didn't eat. Only one bite off the ribs but broke them up to see if it was only the end piece. Not so lucky. One chicken wing was eaten. 3 or 4 fries were eaten. Half the Mac & cheese and about a third of the sandwich waseaten. $50 when it wasn't worth $5. Read more

Reordered 1 lb of sausage and a half order of central barbecues famous pulled pork nachos. Truthfully it was just okay I would... not recommend ordering the nachos again. The chips are very flimsy pork is a little dry and the cheese granular. The sausagetastes a lot like kielbasa. Watching other people order the most popular items appeared to be the barbecue nachos, chickenwings, ribs, and salad bowls. They have four types of sauces available mustard, vinegar, medium, and hot. The medium is thechains primary sauce Read more

$70 for 2 people. I would have been happier with a McDonald's 10 piece nugget and BBQ sauce. Everything seems like it's been in... a steamer for so long is all turned to mush. In my pix you see pulled chicken on the blue plate. And pork nachos in the packet. Both nothing but mush. I could add enough sauce. The sauce itself is nothing special. Tastes like McDonald's sauce. Only thingworth eating is the fruits, green beans and mac&cheese. Read more

The first picture is a pulled pork sandwich plate that we didn't actually order. The second picture is the pulled pork dinner... that they brought it out to me. It was dry and burnt. If they had not accidentally brought out the sandwich plate and I ate themeat off of that one this experience would have been a one. The green beans had garlic but no salt or pepper. The greens hadmore flavor than anything. I understand that 45 minutes till closing there was not going to be much sweet tea. I'm lucky it wassuper sweet or I wouldn't have had a full cup. I had to put unsweetened with it. The potato salad was decent. The peanut butterpie was really good and it came with a cup of Hershey's syrup for the top. The banana pudding was weird to me because it hadnuts but that's only because I'm not used to that. Read more

Central is some real good BBQ, and I would recommend the wings too! I tried wings for the first time and I think they are double... fried and real tasty. The onion rings are solid, and their BBQ nachos are another hit. Central won?t disappoint you! Read more
