Great food, friendly and courteous staff. I went for a Birthday party with about 10 people, our server was very attentive to not... only us, but several other guests they had in the restaurant. Nice ambiance. Not impressed. The healthy meal of salmon with broccoli I was ordering from the menu for my grandson couldn't be... ordered. They ran out of broccoli. There was no similar substitute like green beans or side salad. I have a young, picky eater,grandson. I didn't want to order from the kid's menu because nothing healthy is on the kid's menu. I didn't leave because we'dalready been served sodas, chips, and salsa. I ended up ordering the rice for him and sharing a couple bite sized pieces ofchicken from my order. I ordered the chicken with spinach and cream sauce. It was not a cream sauce I tasted but a cheese sauce.It was tasty; but, I didn't want a cheese sauce. I said nothing. We ate. I paid the check and tip. I love Mexican food;however, I'm not sure if I'll be returning to this establishment. I definitely won't be returning with my young grandson unlessI'm allowing him a junk food dinner treat. Server was very good. Read more
Mexican is not my favorite, but Lacey who married one and bore half Mexican kids does so like it. The chips and salsa were tasty... and I had the grilled flounder fish tacos. I did so enjoy them, the rice with them was also tasty. Lacey had the grilled chickensalad and she also thoroughly enjoyed her meal. The place was clean and the staff was attentive and friendly. Absolutely no complaints. For a chain, they serve good food. Service is good. We didn?t have to wait too long to have food on... the table. The complimentary salsa and chips definitely help if you?re getting hangry waiting for your food haha. Don?t go inexpecting pathbreaking extraordinary food, but they are consistent with their food. I have been here in the past SERVICE WAS AWESOME Don?t know what happened to day FATHER?S DAY EPIC FAIL It was 5 of us 3 adults... 2 children Our order was 1)Potato Fajitas (meat and cheese only ) no sides 2) Chicken & Steak Fajitas ( meat and cheese only)rice only on the side 3) the Molcajete Mexicano 4) chicken & steak nachos meat and cheese only 5) Cheeseburger onlycheese Well everything was WRONG EXCEPT THE MOLCAJETE BOWL The chicken and steak was extremely dried out They put lettuce andtomato on my grandson burger The potatoe was dried out as well as the chicken and steak we sent it back twice (sorry didn?t getpicture) Please do better FATHER?S Day meal ruined ???? For the people leaving 5 star reviews saying that they "don't understand how this place isn't rated higher" maybe you need to... actually READ reviews. People will rate a McDonald's 5 stats with low expectations but for the price of this place you're likelyseverely embellishing with low standards walking in... I don't like leaving one star bad reviews but I'm really left with nochoice. I've been to the one in olive branch with zero issues, but the Hacks Cross location I would definitely NOT recommend atthis point. A trip to taco bell would have saved me 80 bucks and a headache. Overcharged, didn't get what I ordered multipletimes, and entirely underwhelming. Some kid was my server who looked like he was 15. Likely had zero training. Couldn't get asingle part of our order right except for the drink. Ask for a bowl of Chipotle queso, get a cup. Twice. One of them wasn't evenChipotle but I got charged the extra. Ask for a super burrito without sour cream, get a flour tortilla with only ground beefinside it and sour cream on top. Got charged for the super burrito. Order two jumbo margaritas with premium tequila and can'teven catch a buzz at 20 bucks a piece. I'd leave zero stars but my "frozen flavored ice drink" looked cool so I'll give themthat, but there had to be zero alcohol content in both of them. I'm pretty sure I could have given it to a toddler and hadabsolutely nothing to worry about. I spent nearly a hundred dollars on two people and left ENTIRELY dissatisfied and stillhungry. I took my son there for his Birthday. The place is awesome. The staff is very friendly and professional. It was so many... wonderful things on the menu so our waitress suggested her favorites. Everything was very good! We will most definitely go back! Read more
Food is good/standard. Crowds during games can be a little much in small space. Nice patio and nice decorations. Inflation is... really rising prices though. Staff seems to work hard. Read more
