The Carrabba's in our town closed a number of years ago, so we like to find them and eat there when we visit other cities. We... visited a little after noon and there was plenty of parking. Our waitress was very friendly and quick. We probably had all ofour food within 7 minutes. The appetizer, bread, and salad were great! The entree wasn't as good. Every time I give this location another chance, they never fail to disappoint me. Logan, believe it or not, every black person... that has a complaint is not trying to scam you. I do, however, expect my food to look like it was prepared that day, and notthe day before. The attached photo is what my Italian classics trio dish looked like after they replaced the first dish, whichwas totally void of sauce. I had already been waiting forever, so when they brought this poor excuse for a meal, I just acceptedit. It was luke warm and the cheese was barely melted, but they supposedly just made this! It looks like a public school lunch, but that may be an insult to public school food. Hopefully this can be a learning experience for both them and I, whichresults in them providing a higher quality of service than I received. Read more
After calling to collierville location for Carrabba's and waiting on hold for 25 minutes and then calling back again and no one... answered for five different calls I finally called the location on poplar which I didn't know was even closer to me. They answerthe phone in three rings took my order without putting me on hold and gave me the shortest time I've had for curbside andCarrabba's. Arriving in Carrabba's I waited maybe 3 minutes for the young lady Kayla to come out with my food. Very politecounted my change back to me and told me Happy New Year, of course I had to tip her, anytime I get great service like this Ihave to tip. Getting home the food was still hot and correct, can't ask for much more than that. I think I'll be using thislocation in the future. Read more
I was pleasantly surprised. Stuffed mushrooms tasty. Lovely presentation in a caprese salad. There were eight of us and my... husband and I ordered mezzaluna which came with soup or salad. The spicy chicken soup with pasta was out of this world. I willreturn just for that soup alone. This is not fine, authentic Italian dining but it was good. Service on spot. Read more
I took my mother there for her birthday as she loves veal and we can't buy it in the grocery store. The food was great and the... service was excellent. They also gave her a complimentary slice of their strawberry cheesecake. We really enjoyed our meal. Read more
