I made an online order today and I have never been so disappointed With Captain D's . My fish sandwiches looked like they were... just throng together and each one should only had one half bun . I make online orders there often I'm not sure if I make anymore orders there on hack's cross. Read more

Sat in drive-thru for over an hour!! Why? I have no clue what compelled me to do so, guess I just felt I was too far in to back... out. And it may have been 4 or 5 cars ahead of me. And if it took me this long to get my food, rest assured those behind me didas well. And as time of typing this, I haven't gotten my food ???? First time going to this location but I will be very hesitantto return sadly. After an hour and a half, I left! Edit: just in case it's not fully apparent, I never got my food. I ordered a 4 piece Country-Style Fish with 2 sides (fried okra, and green beans) at 9:15PM is when I stopped at CaptainD's. The... service was very slow and I stayed in the line almost an hour. This is what my fish looked like when I opened it up. This isthe first time this has happened with this particular Captain D's restaurant. They're normally good, but on this day they wasn'tso good.
