I am recovering from an accident using a walker and barely can walk. I believe Cynthia in the red shirt there she did take care... of two people in front of me that had very specific orders that changed a bit of from what they normally serve she accommodatedthem pretty well and then she's saying me literally been over doing everything I could just to stand there been standing in linefor a little while then she told me she'd be there in just a minute I waited seven more minutes she still hadn't come so I wentover to the bench and sat down I waited five more minutes and then I got up to leave and as I'm getting to the door she kind ofhelps me with the door and said sir if he'll come back in and sit down I'll take your order now. And all that time before i satdown she was standing there with her back to me just waiting to get something out of the kitchen for the 2 people in front ofme. And going to leave somebody who is barely able to stand in front of the counter for that long. I will never be back. To theowner; I do believe her name was Cynthia had on a red shirt. If you would like to verify the time when this happened look for anorder for 64 cents, that was the lady in front of me and she told the kitchen don't bother to make that. I personally wouldrecommend going to 1400 UNION AVENUE. I just had a VERY GREAT MEAL at this place. thank you goodbye. Read more
The lady at the drive thru was phenomenal, the food was hot but it's for the speed of the service at the drive-through it was... extremely slow They were not busy at all. We had two cars in front of us, parking lot was empty. It took about 25 minutes tomake it to the drive-thru?????. Enough on that subject. I will be back ???? Read more
Terrible, like most fast food in Memphis. Ordered the giant fish sandwich, made it a large combo. I counted and the 12 fries... tasted microwaved, they didn't give our drinks or tartar sauce we'd requested and since the drive thru was wrapped around thelot i attempted to go inside to grab the missing items but the doors were locked. First time at a Captain D's. Wasn't bad. Crab cakes are mainly batter but like that they put them in actual crab shells. They... provided a ton of tarter and cocktail sauces. Read more
This place was actually pretty good. We stopped by there after visiting the zoo in Memphis and it was great. We ate inside, and... I just loved their beach interior design. The food was about average, it was very fresh so the wait time was probably a littleover 10 minutes. The fries tasted great and so did the catfish. Read more
Sorry I forgot to snap 1st this time. The sandwich was huge. It had little to no spicy flavor. It was freshly cooked, too much... tarter sauce and batter for my liking. If it?s available on their country fried fish, I?d be willing to give it a shot. This oneis a no fore me. The green beans where good as usual. Read more
I ordered the ultimate seafood sampler and did not get what I wanted. No spicy fish, no baby shrimp, stuffed crab were over... cooked and hard. Broccoli was old and cold, so was the french fries. I did however get tarter sauce and cocktail sauce. Read more
