We wanted to do a special night out for the family. I even made reservations after looking at reviews and photos of the food... online and expected a fine dining experience. Arriving to the restaurant I was first shocked at how narrow the parking spacesare. You can barely open the door to get out and all for what, one more space for one more car? Really? Our first indicationthat this might not be an experience up to our expectations was that the restaurant was not very busy at all, even so, we waitedat the entrance for an inordinate length of time to be seated, or even acknowledged. There was no increase in attentiveness fromthe staff once seated. The meal itself was one of the poorest meals I have experienced. We spent a good deal of money on a mealthat was mediocre at best, and most accurately described as MEH. The bacon wrapped shrimp appetizer was smothered in a saucethat obliterated the shrimp which could have been bacon wrapped anything, and the seafood bisque was not made of anything ofquality. We were told it was mostly crab and shrimp as the seafood, but didn’t see a single shrimp in it, and the crab was notreal crab by appearance. The ribbons really gave the impression that it was artificial crab made of white fish that haddeconstructed in the cooking. Neither was as expected. Then the entrées… first of all the prime rib was prepared more like anover grilled ribeye and was tough. The veal piccata was rubbery and soggy from sitting on a bed of completely tasteless noodlesthat were not even hot. Even salt and pepper couldn’t help. nothing plated in front of us even remotely resembled what we sawin photos online. We paid the check and even tipped decently for the service that was somewhere between rude and indifferent butdecided to go to a good restaurant for dessert. Amazing dinner, my friend had a great experience for her Birthday.

Last evening, we were attending a dinner party with six other friends. There were only two girls working out front with one... doubling as the bartender. Service was Very Slow. She could not get orders right and forgot orders all together. When orders dideventually come out they were undercooked or borderline burnt. We were not impressed at all. Very disappointed. Lovely ambiance and service. We each had the French onion soup which was so flavorful and light, although it could have been... hotter. Husband was quite pleased with the chicken piccata and a perfectly cooked chicken breast. I had bacon wrapped shrimp ina horseradish sauce served with a small Caeser salad and crostini. Thoroughly enjoyable. The creme brulee was not ready so wewere served three luscious chocolate truffle balls that perfectly complimented the remaining Barbera wine. Will be back. Ask forMark. This was a very nice experience, a hidden gem in the Evergreen area. We ordered the crab cake, and bacon wrapped shrimp as... appetizers and seared salmon and chicken as main dishes. Everything had an amazing taste to it. The crab cake was delicious andtender. The bacon wrapped shrimp tasted fresh but for the price the portion was small. Approximately two shrimp served in a seaof butter sauce. It was amazingly tasty though. Our main dishes were amazing and colorful my salmon was flaky and full with acrisp skin, served with potato rounds, broccoli, sauteed celery, onions and Peruvian peppers. An amazing dish overall. Theother dish was a chicken dish on a bed of green beans, rice and stuffed with a mushroom dressing. The chicken was amazinglytender and the dressing was astounding. The food is good, the service is great, the overall feel was very positive , the atmosphere is very comfortable, so for that I... give them 4 stars. The Interior on the other hand needs some serious TLC, which detracts from the total experience and doesn'tmatch the price point they are going after.
