Me and my wife went on Sunday and the only thing they were serving was brunch. The server didn't mention that the only thing the... were serving was brunch just mentioned they had it. When we went to order that's when the server informed us that's all theywere serving. We then had to look at the menu all over again. When we did finally order it look a little while for our food tocome out. Let's just say the wait was not worth it. The food was very soggy and tasted awful. Neither I or my wife could startto finish the food. I'm not sure if the cook was having an off day or maybe it's a new cook because last time we went the foodwas good. Our server (I forget his name) kept disappearing and we had to ask another sever for our ticket. Before we left I hadto use the restroom and let me tell you a rest area on the side of the highway is cleaner than than their restroom. The urinalwas breeding mosquitos. They were everywhere in there and you could tell the restroom hadn't been cleaned in quite some time.After this visit we will not be returning to this restaurant. Read more

I was at your Cooper Young location on yesterday and was very unsatisfied. I typically visit 1 or 2 times per month either with... friends or coworkers. We have loved the food, drinks and service. Unfortunately, today was not the case. We ordered threedrinks.....Hurricane Elvis, Amerito Sour and a Strawberry Margarita. Upon me taking two - three sips of the Hurricane Iimmediately noticed that the drink was very weak. My friend also noticed the same about her Amerito Sour. As our food came, weadvised the server of our issue and she retrieved a Manager ( not sure of his name but he was a young black man with dreads). Heasked the nature of our problem and advised us he could not remove the drinks from our ticket but he could get us something elsein lieu of what we had. This was reasonable and we understood. Approximately, five minutes later another Manager ( I believeVernon ) came to our table. He advised that he would not remove the drinks or replace them because "he knew for a fact" thatthey put lots of alcohol in all of the drinks. We further advised that another Manager has resolved the issue already but heinsisted that he was "The" Manager. I requested the name or contact information of a regional manger or a person with greaterauthority than him. He stated that it was the owner and it didn't matter what his name was because nothing was going to change.I repeated myself and asked him if he was denying a customer to make a legitimate complaint. At this time, he indicated the namewas Kendall. I'm not the type of customer to complain about service usually; however, the dismissive manner in which he spoke tous was unprofessional and contrary to how we have ever been treated at this restaurant. As you will see from the attachedphotos, we did not complete our drinks because of the dissatisfaction. I wouldn?t call it Tex mex and it?s definitely authentic Mexican. I would describe it as southern soul mex. The food was well... seasoned and the drinks were amazing. The service was great as well and the prices were fair. Definitely would go again. Read more
