I've tried to eat at this location 3 or 4 times recently and each time they've had some sort of issue that prevents ordering,... First their systems were down so they couldn't take orders, then they were out of everything, then their credit/debit system wasdown so it was cash only. Not sure who owns this location but I don't know how they keep it open with all the issues they seemto randomly have. Read more
Worst Burger King in Tennessee. They ALWAYS get your order wrong or leave things out. They will hand you drinks without a cup... holder and make your food sloppy. Read more
Ordered food via Uber Eats. The chicken sandwich was covered in what appeared to be mold or dirt from the floor. Called the... store and spoke to Chitara, the Night Manager. She quickly made the claim that I was mistaken and asked me to send her photos ofthe food. (See photo). Once I sent these she hung up the phone. I called back and the store answered and left the phone off thereceiver, I guess hoping I would hang up. You could hear the employees in the back talking and no one would respond.Unacceptable food preparation. If I had seen the reviews, I should have known, so that?s on me. DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION. I stopped at this Burger King last night (Aug. 24 at 9:15pm) to place an order through the drive-through. However, I was told I... could place an order because they were only accepting orders for Door dash and Grubhub deliveries. Unbelievable. This takes thecake I think--especially considering they were still open and were not closing for at least two hours. They were not even thatbusy--in fact there were only two cars in the entire drive-through lane. Somehow it seems like I always have some sort of issueat Burger King, which is why I rarely ever go there any more. Now I will likely never return. Read more
I went 3-4 Burger King's before I heard a voice to take my order. ???? The only Burger my son will eat is the impossible whopper... so I finally got my order taken within seconds of pulling up to the speaker. The order taker and cashier were very friendly.I'll definitely be back. Read more
On 11/22 we went to the Burger King on Summer Ave. We ordered 2 original Chicken Sandwiches, a fry, 4 PC mozzarella stick, and... an 8 PC jalepeno popper. Total was 13.36. when we got to the window and got our order, we had 2 whoppers and 1 fry. We had to goback through the drive thru again just to tell them our order was wrong and they acted like they didn't know what we're talkingabout and was talking slang the whole time.When they finally got it that the order was wrong, they asked us to park in betweenboth drive thru windows, ( no one) was in line. They finally gave us the order and the order was still incorrect plus it lookedlike someone took a bite out of my sandwich. I have pictures of this. When we got home the part of the order they did get rightwas nasty. Had no condiments nothing on them and they were literally standing up in the bag. Contacted Corporate and they wereapologetic except for the girl I dealt with named Jessica never read my complaint thoroughly. She kept saying she doesn't seewhere I ordered on their app after me telling her multiple times that this happened in the drive thru not an app. I love BurgerKing but this location is a joke. This location is not great. I want to say that after lunchtime, the service goes from a good okay to a laughing "I really spent... my money for this" moment. So my combo was a medium and I asked for a cherry icee. I received a kids meal clear cup for my icee.When I asked about the size, because I was charged for the icee, I was told that was all they had. Yet the other drinks for 2other meals were the white cups, a same size kids meal drink and a medium. Also, my fries for all 3 meals were hot on theoutside but solid inside. I was on the lot but i do not return food because i just wont return. I wish i requested my moneyback. If its after 3, just leave. Read more
