Their sign & website says they are open until 11pm, we pull up at 9:55pm, no one answers the drive thru speaker. So we pull... around to see a larger male push back a woman employee from the window. It clearly appeared as ?fun & games? as we sat in thedrive thru unattended .. they then acted as if we weren?t there. So pitiful? do better.. Read more

Everybody is so nice here I want to give more stars, but no matter how diligent one in preperation of their food, this breakfast... food is just gross. Burger King advertises 'burgers for breakfast' all over the country, but no location in Memphis can bebothered to participate, so I am stuck with this nasty burrito. Straight to the trash. If you're a burger King fan. This is definitely the best one in Memphis. The place is clean and my food was fresh. Not food... that sat around for 30 minutes. The other burger Kings in Memphis are dirty with broke down soda fountains. ( like midtown)(summer) (lamar) these are nasty! So if you're near this one, it's a safe bet to eat at. Read more
Completely horrible experience. I was in store for online order pick up. I waited over 20 minutes. They offered me a drink while... I waited but I didn't want one. They offered me a Hershey pie, I have diabetes. They said I could sit while I waited like Ididn't know I was allowed. The employee that offered these things acted like I was being unreasonable by not excepting andmentioned it out loud to other employees. They didn't give me a receipt for the order. All of this happened while there weremultiple managers in store. All of the employees were adults. One of them was audibly complaining about being hungry and needinga break. While I was waiting, a visiting member of management asked me what I was waiting so long for and the employeeinterrupted me to explain herself. Burger King is supposed to be fast food. Nobody wants to wait that long and be treatedpoorly for sub par food. And it was around 2 pm. They weren't even busy. Read more
Burger King customer service has declined and it is disgusting that they are allowing there employees to treat there paying... customers they way they do. I visited this burger king and when I arrived the employee already sounded agitated that they had acustomer. I placed the order and apparently he could not hear me so I pulled up to the window and he rudely asked why we pulledup. He clearly had an attitude when repeating back the order to me after telling him already three times what I wanted. Aftergoing back and forth I just left. Such a shame Read more
Manager is on point. One of the cleanest Burger Kings I have been in, in a long while. Manager and staff polite, pleasant and... helpful. I will definitely be stopping at this BK again. Read more
