Absolutely horrible experience. I waited approximately thirty minutes in the drive-thru, get to the window and wait another... twenty minutes, only to see workers playing around. When I did get my order, didn?t check everything because I was so ready toget to my destination. Of course I finally open my bag to cold food and an item missing. The drive thru line was so long so I decided to go in and after waiting awhile to order it took just as long to get my food and... the food was awful. The Whopper I ordered was sloppy and wasn't even a whopper smh and both my chicken fries and my whopper werecold after waiting for so long to get my order and, get this, there were just three of us on the inside. I just came from there about 10 minutes ago and older the ultimate platter. As listed from their site and their menu the... ultimate platter comes with three pancakes scrambled eggs sausage patty or bacon strips biscuit and hash browns. But instead Igot three pancakes one strip of bacon torn in half and looks like a portion of the egg that is used for the sandwiches. They have no workers and service is beyond slow maybe best to make drive thru only. Workers inside are stressed but genuinely... mean to customers. Not sure I will ever go back to a Burger King. Read more

Poor quality. I ordered their premium chicken Sandwich..The produce is obviously bad and been sitting out as the sandwhich was... cold yet my lettuce is wilted and brown, the tomatoe was slimmy and soft.
