Waited 10 minutes for someone to take my order there was no one ahead of me. I ordered the Bacon King. The Bacon lettuce tomato... onion was missing. These people should not be working. Stay away!!! Read more
Asked for a whopper with cheese, plain, they grabbed some burger that had already been sitting under a heat-lamp (not made to... order) that had mustard, ketchup and pickles. Didn't have time to argue so raked off the condiments and gave it to my 3yo. HUGEMISTAKE. He's been throwing up all night. Eat here at your own risk. Read more

Do not go to this location if you want quality food or your order made correct!! Asked for no lettuce or tomato, glad I wasn't... allergic. Got it remade but they just did it the original way not how I ordered it from the beginning...I just said forget itand I will NEVER go back to the Getwell location in Memphis TN. Read more
WARNING: THIS REVIEW MAY BE TOO DISTURBING FOR FAST FOOD ENTHUSIASTS!! This is by far the worst fast food experience this year.... The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger (No mustard) , x2 Double Bacon cheeseburgers,Large Fry and the cherry icee. Well, first off they gave me three cheeseburgers WITH EXTRA mustard. Secondly, there was a pieceof foil/braided hair/ unknown stringy substance in one of my cheeseburgers. Lastly, the young lady never gave me a receipt andbasically threw the bag at me without thanking me for spending my hard earned. I called customer service immediately to reportand they offered me coupons for the inconvenience but It makes me question their hiring process and training methods.... (pleasesee attached photos.)
