This is so sad...I waited in line 28 minutes in the drive thru ONLY because I was locked in. Not understanding what was going... on,went inside and waited.....2 cashiers and 1 cook. The poor manager was the cook....when I FINALLY received my food...coldcheese just sitting on top cold fries cold.I honestly blame myself for staying. I keep patronizing this place because of mygrand children but my goodness PLEASE TRY TO FIND DEPENDABLE HELP Read more

Ordered food got to window handed my card to the lady my app alerted my phone of the charge. The lady comes back and says my... card was declined. I showed three people one being the GM that my order was paid regardless. Also I told them it will decline ifit?s already paid out. So it would be a system delay or some other error or their end, and this GM tells me they can?t give mefood with no printed receipt. Umm ma?am my food was PAID for she seen it and so did the other lady which was a manager also. SoI have a charge to my bank account and no food. What kind of thievery is this?? Read more

Went to the drive thru parked at the speaker box waiting for a greeting so i can place an order but no sound came from the box... just crickets in the background i assume just like everywhere else they were short on staff so i waited patiently for about awhole song on the radio to end .... The food is as good as you expect, the service definitely lacks - they ask your name when you pay, yet call your # when the food... is ready; the drink/supplies station is very messy and is out of some supplies and drinks; some of the tables are dirty withtrash from previous customers. Not Chick-fil-A type service, that's for sure Read more
