I've only been at this location twice, and both were not great experiences. Luckily, nothing was wrong with my food. I work down... the street and placed an order through the app earlier this week. When I walked over at 8pm, the doors to the dining room werelocked. After calling, I was told I would have to stand in line with the cars in the drive through. It was so awkward andhumiliating to have to do that for an order I placed beforehand. I wish they would have just come outside and handed it to me.Last night I ordered through the app again and drove in my car this time (even though I'm only working a few buildings down andwould prefer to walk) and I was sitting in the drive through for several minutes as cars piled behind me without anyoneacknowledging me through the loudspeaker. I was about to call the restaurant when I finally heard a voice say "Oh I'm sorry, howcan I take your order?" I used to work in fast food and never treated customers this way. SMH Read more
DO NOT GO HERE. I?ve been here twice now. The first time they gave me beef instead of an impossible burger, and the second time... I had to wait 20 minutes for my food, only for them to get my order wrong. Unbelievably slow, the workers (aside from themanager) are rude, and there are so many other fast food places on this street. Read more
Rude people but the food was ok. The drink was NOT diet coke as I ordered so it got tossed.
Worst BK in America. Lobby hasn?t been open in like years. All the workers have serious passive aggressive attitudes. Workers... are constantly outside smoking weed. Can?t even fulfill simple requests like extra pickles. Read more

I have given this specific Burger King literally dozens of chances over the years thinking perhaps next time it would be better-... but never-so- and I'm done trying. Today- I ordered an impossible burger and I had a coupon for $1 large fries. The line took solong- was probably in it for 25 minutes maybe longer (even though I was only 3rd in line to order with maybe 3 or 4 cars aheadalready ordered) that by the time I got to the front my phone had died. Then they told me that the code had come off the fries,and I needed to give it to them again... but I couldn't since my phone was dead. Multiple solutions to this problem- ring me upa value fries and just give me the large... or do it with a value drink... I mean there's a ton of $1 items on the menu... pickany. No- they refused to honor it. I will say the employees are always fairly pleasant while letting me down time and time againwith sloth-like, wildly inexcusable incompetence, but given the choice I'd rather just have efficient service that didn't makeme feel like I was going full Voldemort splitting his soul to make another Horcrux every time I go to this Burger King than thepleasantness. All this to say- if you're reading this review- save yourself the 30 minutes of your life- go slam your hand in acar door, and you will experience going here. Read more
Very disappointed. Decided to get the new Ch'King sandwich and this is what we got. The one on the left was decent while the one... on the right was tiny, burnt and very disappointing. I had previously gotten one in Jonesboro and was very impressed. Sadly thisone was a complete disappointment. Read more
They need to plan things better. I have been here over a half an hour and I have already paid for my food via the app. It is the... middle of lunch time and they are closed. They said it is for shift change and they were not friendly about it. Why is the shiftchange in the middle of lunch time? There are ten other cars backed up almost to the road, people coming and leaving, and therehave been people trying to get in the restaurant the whole time that I have been waiting. It just seems crazy. If there wouldhave been a way to know while I was ordering I would have been able to make another choice. Read more
