My bf and I love Buffalo Wild Wings but, this was the first time we had really ever ordered to go from this location. We ordered... the pretzel bites and when we got it home whilst it had the queso it was missing the mustard which I love. We also got twoorders of 10 boneless wings and we were missing the ranch and blue blue cheese from our order. Needless to say we were a littledisappointed that our side dressing were missing. We received the typical BDUB experience. The wings were hot and fresh. The sides were very good. Our waitress/bartender was... very knowledgeable, friendly and entertaining. You can never go wrong with Buffalo Wild Wings. Read more
About average BWW experience. Our waitress was new I think. By example, my wife is vegetarian, so she ordered the burger. To... custom order it she ordered it as is, without the beef patty, add guacamole and bbq sauce. The waitress was confused by itbecause she asked clarification a few times, but it is a pretty standard order. After clarifying no meat meat, she said shewould have to ask if guacamole could be added, even though the menu says you can add it for an extra cost (which was not anissue for me). Then she also said she had to ask if she could add bbq sauce to the burger as well. After trying to clear it up,I just told her to put it on the side. I don't know if the cheese that got left off the burger is her fault for how she took theorder, or if the cook forgot to put it on. The mozzarella cheese sticks were pretty standard. When they brought it out, therewas barely any marinara sauce to dip. It was less than half full when it was brought out. I had to request more. The loadedtots were good. And don't get me wrong, my server was nice. She checked on me occasionally and I didn't have any issue withanything else as I ordered it as is from the menu. The food was fine, but the service needs a little work. The line to pickup orders was literally out the door. The employees... acted as if the customers were bothering them when asking about their orders and arguing amongst each other. Read more
7/28/22: Our dishwasher broke, so I took the kids to this location and was promptly seated, but ignored by several wait staff... for the next 30 minutes as customers who arrived after us were being served. We ending up leaving and still no one ever spoke tous. I guess they didn?t like the way we looked or something. Oh well. Never going back. Read more
I thought it might be a good idea to go to buffalo wild wings since the last time in olive branch was a pretty good experience.... We only have an hour for lunch and went knowing what we were gonna eat, the cauliflower wings and some onion rings. The drinkorder was taken by a person other than our server and he was very cordial. Th server came over and got our order, which Ibelieved to be the wrong item. I then went to her and explained i thought she may have put in the wrong order, and shereassured me it was correct. The other polite and attentive server dropped of the food and I let him know it was incorrect. Hedid the right thing , apologized and offered to fix the situation. I would have but we are on lunch. They weren't even tossedcorrectly. I did tell our "server" also showed her with a comment of OK, and that was it. She didn't come check on us orrefill the drink she saw was empty. I had to get up and go get it refilled. We also didn't get a bill until we got up. I'msorry to babble on , but 1 server and a bad attitude with bad service sure did ruin a day. Have gotten take out a few times lately. They messed up the order once and we had to drive back to get the correct food. Last... weekend we ordered around 3pm and they were out of wings. ?! They have the best mac and cheese though. Read more
Came in, sat down at one of the few clean tables and I watched the wait staff pace by without even noticing me. I put my menu... aside and sat there for more than 15 minutes without anyone even saying hello. By far this was the worst service I've ever hadat a BWW. I eventually got up and left and had some nice Mexican food at a nearbye place. This was in such a stark contrast tothe lunch I had in the BWW earlier today. My cheeseburger was great, Toni, my waitress was great. My lunch experience was whatbrought me back for dinner. I wish I could blame the crowded house on the lack of attention, but the place was mostly empty.Perhaps I'm not the only patron who was left hanging here? Read more
