Ordered regular wings fried hard. Cashier repeated the order for accuracy. After arriving home we found that the 12 whole wings... were grossly UNDERCOOKED and loaded with heavily sprinkled seasoning. We did NOT order seasoned wings! The wings were so wet andred with seasoning you couldn't tell they were fried. They were disgusting! We have NEVER experienced this at Broadway so wewere shocked!!! IF we dine here again we will definitely check the order before leaving. We were too comfortable and trustingbut not anymore! Horrible service and wait time. The air has been out for two weeks. They have signs posted that they are understaffed and to be... patience. However, we ordered one 9 inch pizza that took almost 2 hours to bring to the table. They added a 18% gratuity to thecheck. We saw our waitress twice. Saturday June 18th around 4:30 pm my wife and I stopped to it. I heard it was good. We went the A.C. was out. They had enough... fans to make it feel comfortable. My wife and I sat down to order. The waiter was waiting on another table. He finished thattable, went to another table got what they asked for. Then he went got a broom swept the floor. Another family came in theybrought their menus to order. Finally after 15 minutes of waiting to get service we left. I could understand if they was realbusy. Caution. Spend your time and money elsewhere. The worst experience to my recent memory. The wait was horrendously long dining... in. Ordered three nine inch pizzas. One hour and forty minutes to prepare and serve. The pizza was terrible. You can see in theattached photos where the toppings completely detach from the crust. One of the worst experiences to date. Pizza was burnt. Server came to the table once. Never got a refill. I asked our server... Robert for a dirty martini and got literally half a shot of vodka with an olive on a stick. I wasn?t even ID?d. We ordered cakeand never received it. Plus it was cold as heck inside. Need to train your servers better. Worst restaurant experienced to date.I WILL NEVER RECCOMEND THIS TO ANYONE not even a dog would would eat here. If I could rate it zero stars I sure would. Enjoyed my experience at Broadway. Robert was a caring employee. Gracious and very social and friendly. Ordered 9" pie for... takeout and had a couple of drafts while I waited.
