The food was amazing, it is a cool idea to br curbside only. Definitely recommend ordering about 20 mins or so ahead because the... wait is pretty long. My daughter and I both placed our orders online our pickup times were 10 minutes apart we arrived her order was brought out on... time I was told they were working on my order so I waited 25 minutes I then called to ask if order was ready I was informed thatorder was not ready and the young lady rudely hung up in my face so again I wait another 20 minutes so I then call back and Iwas told they are boxing the order again I wait 15 more minutes finally my order was brought out to me. Never again once I didget my order and we get home her food is cold and mine was not good !! The food was delicious. But the pasta was not enough for the price. The lamb chops on top were also really small. But it just... tasted so good they still get 4 stars. i give this established 5 stars because when I previously ordered, I was not satisfied with the quality of my food so I decided... to reach out to the owner on instagram about the issue. he offered to give me a refund for the inconvenience, but i decided tosettle for a credit because I didn?t want to give up on supporting just yet since I?ve heard many great things about Brain Food.the next day when i re-ordered, the food quality was fresh and very delicious. many people kept asking me where my food was fromafter posting pictures on Facebook. they have tremendously improved on curbside pickup. my favorite thing about ordering is theupdates via text message that lets me know when my order is ready. if you go before your curbside pick up time and before youreceive a text message that your food is ready, it?s common sense that you?re going to wait longer. it?s better to not beimpatient, but to also keep in mind that this is a black owned business operating with a small team. if you have an issue withyour order, it can easily be corrected with respectful communication which is something I support tremendously. the only con Ican really think about is that they?re not open 24/7????????????but no really, I wish they were open more than two days out ofthe week but good things take time. most definitely will be continuing to give them my support and service. hope to try theprivate chef services soon. The food is absolutely amazing! The customer service is also really good. I will say that the time you choose to get your food... is a very rough estimate on when it will be done, so don't too much bank on that time. Otherwise everything else is great! Read more
