This place gets worse every time I go, from the service to the food quality. And now they're even taking good items off the menu... such as the fried dill spears (one of the main things I enjoyed there). The BBQ is generally pretty bland and dry. The sauce isnothing to write home about. The whole operation just reeks of laziness from the Ore-Ida crinkle cut fries to the short hours.Given the close proximity I wish I could swap this place for Baby Jack's which is further away. Been our house to place for 26 years. Done today though. 3.5 % charge for credit card use. Never mentioned anywhere that I could... see except after the fact we found it on their website. Get with the times Brad, nobody uses cash any more. You lost a longtime customer today. Read more
Brads BBQ is pretty good! I?m not a fan of the coleslaw, but the onion rings are really good. More importantly, the pork is... great and the sauce is even better. I get the six pack whenever I go and it?s more than enough to feed my household (4 people).I don?t enjoy dining in much but the wait for takeout is usually pretty quick. Read more
First all the food was good as always. Only few issues I had was dineing Room was not up to standards trash over flowed and some... tables were dirty. Whole area needed attention Back behind counter the cook was doing food ordered while on her cell phone Shewas a black lady. I don't think no one needs on there phone while preparing food. Another one back counter had ear pubs in ear.Other then that food was good guy at front counter was working hard and very pleasant. We have been going to brads for 25 years so obviously it was a restaurant we loved. Honestly until a little over a year ago... everything was still great. I?m not sure if they sold and are under new ownership or something but the old staff is gone and wasreplaced by people who don?t seem to care about the quality of the food or the experience. I?ve had to take our order back everysingle time for the last 12 months because it was either totally wrong, missing key ingredients, or several times burned. Thistime I opted to try something new thinking you can mess up BBQ nachos but apparently you can. No cheese, literally THREEjalapeños, and no sauce at all. So just dry bbq meat and chips. We will probably be finding a new bbq joint which I hatebecause this was a staple in our house through my entire childhood. Read more
