Bojangles is where it?s at! Used to eat this in college faithfully back in Huntsville, AL! My wife put me on and when we moved... to Memphis about 9 years ago people used to talk about there was a Bojangles here a long time ago but it shut down! When itopened back up we were lit! We couldn?t wait but the lines were long and it was to be expected! They opened during the pandemicand you can?t fault the lines being long! It?s business! That?s really a good problem to have! Still understand you can?t pleaseeverybody! The chicken tenders used to be called supremes and the tenders were a little smaller back then! It took me some timeto get used too because the tenders are bigger now but the flavor & quality is still there for me! From the Bo?berry Biscuits tothe seasoned fries! This is a great spot for some chicken! I also love the chicken wings here! Clean environment! Great customerservice! Always a 5 Star in my book and my experience has been stellar! The only reason why I won?t come back isn?t because it?snot good, it will probably be because I?m vegan! If that ever happens ????????????????? Read more

This place has gone down after only a couple months of being open. Don?t know if corporate managers where there training when... they first opened but the service has declined. Food is old and hard, customer service terrible and they are down right ghettoin there. Makes this business looks bad. Was my favorite place to go but after the last two times going receiving hard old foodnever again. I can spend my money else where better yet I will cook because this is awful. I can see it looking like the Hardy?snext to it in a couple months, no customer or bet yet closed. These businesses need to realize customers keep them in businessand expect quality service and food for their hard earned money. Without customers this location will fail significantly. Wish Icould give them a negative star I?m too tired to take this mess back up there. But I shall never spend another penny thereagain. Read more

Had hi hopes for this place. I came after my mom carried on about how "great" the biscuits were (it's my weakness, lol). Went... inside to place my order, and the young lady at the front counter was nice and greeted me as soon as I walked in. Placed anorder for a "deluxe chicken sandwich combo", which was supposed to come with lettuce, tomato and mayo. While waiting for myfood, I overheard the young lady at the front tell the cook that she needed a fresh sandwich made, because the one they hadgiven her was "sitting up for over an hr." I smiled because I was very appreciative that she was thoughtful enough to give hercustomer fresh food, especially since they are spending their hard-earned dollars. Got my food and made it all the way home, only to take a big bite of what I thought was fresh food, to find a sandwich with wilted broken down lettuce, no tomatoes, and adried up piece of chicken as thin as a sheet of paper. I bit into a couple of fries, and they were just as bad. Dry, stale, andcold. Needless to say I was so disgusted, I threw the whole meal in the trash. It wasn't even fit for my dog to eat!. I knew ishould have walked right back out the door when I seen the whole staff with long hair bouncing all over the place and not onehair tie or hair net in sight. While waiting on your food, you can watch them make fresh biscuits and I did. Again, the samething. Hair flopping all over the biscuit dough, and not one hair net in site. People just don't care. Definitely Overrated! (1star for the young lady at the front register) Read more

Excellent customer service had interactions with 3 different employees and all 3 were so sweet & seemed to love their jobs!... (Unheard of now days) was a little confused & upset that they didn't have bone in chicken and breakfast stops at 2pm althoughmenu says served all day and has every option available. So we were unable to get what we wanted but the chicken sandwich wasvery good!! Read more

I was a little disappointed! This location specializes in chicken tenders and not the pieces of chicken like at a regular... Bojangles. The tenders are mediocre! The mac and cheese was pretty good, but that's it!!! Nothing special!!! Initially, I was soexcited about seeing a Bojangles in my area, but now it's just another tenders restaurant added to the long list of tendersrestaurants here in Memphis. I probably won't be back, especially when you can get chicken tenders anywhere in this city. Whatdistinguishes these tenders from all of the others? Absolutely nothing! Read more

Now THAT was a good chicken biscuit! Even better than Chic-fil-a?s spicy one. I can?t wait to try the fried chicken!

I was very disappointed I love Bojangles 1 of my favorite restaurants. If you want good chicken please try the 1 in Southaven. I... didn't care for this 1 I thought it was weird that they do not sell chicken with the bone in. They only sell chicken stripesBojangles is known for their chicken ,cinnamon rolls, and steak biscuits. They chicken had to much batter over seasoned and wasso big it look like it had been injected with something to make it bigger. The employees didn't know their menu. The wait was 30to 45 minutes. I want be back my heart was set on the 3 wing meal. Read more

This location on Whitten Rd Rd just opened and the wait was 1 hour 40 minutes in the drive through. I should?ve researched this... location because the only chicken being served is freaking tenders. The chicken was over battered and slightly dry. The rice wasseasoned well along with the Mac & Cheese (2 Stars) Biscuits were the best part of the meal. By the way, I didn?t get ANY of thesauces and the jug of tea wasn?t secured. Not worth a second visit for me, just wasted my money on a 12 piece. Good Luck! Read more
