Not sure how the food taste nor do I care! I?m only writing this review based upon me picking up an order for someone! The older... lady at the cash register( not sure if she is the owner or what) has a very nasty disposition. I didn?t get a greeting when Iwalked in, she walked right pass me shrub my shoulder and didn?t even say excuse me.A white lady walked in and she didn?thesitate to greet her! I guess she is one of the older people who still don?t like black people since the business seem toservice others that are not of color. It just hurt to know that this is still happening! Read more
Had the club on a croissant, it was awesome, turkey, ham and bacon, with a brown or spicy mustard. Wife had the Rueben Sandwich,... she was also well pleased. Read more
5 stars for amazing customer service. After being almost more than an hour late, they still had my food ready for me, and even... offered to heat it up because it had gotten a little cool. Food was great as well and have good prices for what they serve!Definitely recommend if you?re looking for a welcoming environment to eat. Read more
Their veggie lentil soup, potato and other vegetables soup are too good & Yummy. They have other veggie options too!
**Update - I have been back a few times recently, and everything has been wonderful!! Meh, not impressed! More of a 2 and half... star rating than 3. Not great, especially for the price of their sandwiches and wraps. I've ordered here twice, a buffalosandwich and a chicken caesar wrap, both were meh. The size of both items were small, both were pressed in a panini press, andneither looked like the picture on their website. I will def choose the Lenny's down the street or Bardog across the streetfrom now on. Read more
Cool, clean little delicatessen in the heart of downtown Memphis. My craving for a chicken salad sandwich drove me to google... "chicken salad near me" and this place popped up. My food was fresh and I got it fairly quickly. I will be back! Read more
This place is worth a visit for sure. It's a cute little place downtown where you order at the register and they bring your food... to your table. I usually visit for lunch and tend to order whatever soup they have for the day. (They do a combo with a 1/2sandwich, cup of soup and a drink.) The chicken and dumplings alone, are definitely worth the visit. They taste homemade and arevery peppery, perfect in my opinion. Their grilled sandwiches are excellent as well. Great Lentil Soup and Egg salad! Definitely worth visiting if you are craving a soup and sandwich type of restaurant!!
