This is a french inspired restaurant located inside the Central Station hotel. The decor of the restaurant is chic, with maple... colored modern wood seating and moody colors. The menu had multiple food options of coffee/tea, cocktails, small plates andlarge plates. The price was nominal for the service and food provided. We went there for brunch. The restaurant was empty whenwe went there but it soon filled over and we could see how popular this place was. We ordered a cappuccino for our coffee. Thecoffee was aromatic and strong. Since freshly squeezed juice is only available in a few restaurants, we ordered an orange juiceand a grape fruit juice. We were expecting the grape fruit juice to be a little sour, but it was sweet and tangy. For the maincourse we ordered Bishop Omelette, which was fluffy, soft and was filled with soft herbs - it was an absolute delight. We alsoordered a fried fish sandwich, which was fresh and flavorful. We would have loved to taste the deserts there but unfortunatelywe were full with all the food we ate. Loved the place! Good food, beautiful decor and great service! Read more

We went to Bishop to enjoy a little coffee and dessert before seeing Hamilton at the Orpheum. It was a classy and cozy... atmosphere. They had little couch alcoves around the bar which we enjoyed. Everything was well made and the espresso martini wasespecially tasty! Read more

Sorry for the dark phots!! Perfect date restaurant in the city, we were dressed casually and this fancy restaurant treated us... like a king and a queen!! Ordered the Parisian gnocchi-very elevated over its Italian cousin with Chou replacing the potatoes, the roasted hazelnuts were a nice touch, for dinner we order the beuf bourguignon-c?est magnifique!! Comme celui da mamères!!(whew now my brain hurts from remembering how to write that in French!) Read more

Got the fish sandwich, side of grits and sausage. Everything was tasty including the ambiance. The fish sandwich was a fried... fillet topped with pickles, Mayo, diced purple onions and ice berg lettuce on a toasted bun. The grits combined with the sausagemade for a savory combination. The whole meal combined came to about 28 bucks and I don?t mind, I left Very.. satisfied. Thankyou Bishop. Note: Definitely want to come back to see what the night life is like here. Read more
