We received EXCEPTIONAL service from start to finish. They were patient taking a large order for my family of 7, the 2 womens... customer service was excellent. The food was fresh and hot, and even with the circumstances of COVID19 they gave great service.They gave us no reason to not return, this spot is HIGHLY recommended! Read more

What can I say about this place hmm.......... Nothing other than it was AWESOME!!!! I had been craving catfish all week so we... came to Catfish Cabin. They had recently received alot of negative reviews by them being on the TV show and all. But they havechanged Owners and the fish was great. The service was great. We had the fish, chicken strips, and shrimps and everything wasgreat. Now as far as the appearance of the building it does need some Maintainence done to it but that has nothing to do withthe food or service. As we were leaving the New Owner met us at the door he thanked us for coming and asked us was everythingok. To me in my book that puts the icing on the cake. I will definitely be there again in the near future. I live in Arkansas sothat's the only reason why I wouldn't be there every week. So if you have had a bad experience there in the past... The fish was the only thing that help this place get a 2 rating. It was hot and fresh. However, the hushpuppies were horrible.... They seemed to be leftovers that were refried, so were the fries. The hamburger streak was burned and tasteless. The gravey wasjust plain scary. The service was not exemplifying a trained staff. The manager was dressed in leggings and was all arounddisappointing. I was excited to try this place after thing on TV with chef Ramsay. I will admit I was disappointed to see that they did not... keep any of the dishes that he had rolled out for their menu. I ordered the 3 piece cat fish basket with French fries andmacaroni and cheese. The catfish was absolutely delicious. It was hot and fresh. The hush puppies are very good also but evenwith that being said as good as the food was the star attraction was our waitress. Miss Virginia was incredible. I would go backto visit just to see her. Overall, the Catfish Cabin was alright. Three of us ate there and it came to about $50, so not bad on price, but a little pricy.... The waiter that greeted us wanted us to wait for a shift change, but we were catching a flight soon, and wanted to get ourorders in. Staff was overall friendly, good service. Best hushpuppies I've ever had. When we last went they served a few veggieson the side with our fish. This visit, no veggies. Didn't think to ask for them while we were there, oh well. The fish was good,very oily (yes it's because they were fried, but they were clearly not drained before being put on the plate). The worst partwas the bathroom. One of the sinks had something weird/gross inside it. Was glad I had already eaten, because the look and smellalmost made me sick. Not bad, though we're not sure if we'll go back. Read more
