I go here almost every other day to get ice cream and the young lady on drive thru double charged my card for four scoops... instead of two, now she wasn?t going to let me know she did it until I looked over my receipt, then I asked her how much is thisice cream again, she said she made a mistake and charged double, but she credited it back on my card, now the receipt showdifferent from my bank statement.. so Bank of America told my to get in touch with then, but there is no manager on duty onlyyounger people. Ordered 2 pints at Drive-Thru. Got to window and ask for an additional pint. She said ?NO!? I said, do I need to drive back... around. She said ?NO!? I asked why not? The ice cream was good, but the service was horrible! The lobby was closed unless you wanted to buy a cake. We went through the... drive through and couldn?t understand the person taking the order. I drove up to the window and the girl opened the window androlled her eyes. She made the comment about us just driving up without placing our order. I told her I couldn?t understand themover the speaker. She just gave me a dirty look. When she brought the ice cream to the window, she barely held it out and gaveme a dirty look.
