It?s a shame I can?t give less than one star. I arrived at 9:40 tonight to be yelled at as soon as I came in the door. The lead... girl then yelled out ?no more milkshakes and no more sundaes, everybody got that? Cool.? So, I patiently waited and while thelead girl was asking what me and my fiancé wanted the other girl was picking up ice cream to put up for the night. I said Iwanted the pralines and cream and despite the fact that I said that, she looked at me dead in my eyes and said it?s already putup despite it being on the counter right in front of her. She then turned and walked away and put it up anyway. When iprotested, the lead girl said ?if it?s put up, it?s not my problem.? it?s 9:45, why would you put up a flavor before asking?Especially while I?m in the middle of ordering. Baskin Robbins you need to do better with your management selection, especiallyfor a paying customer who came in 20 minutes before close for two scoops in a ice cream cone. Your job is just so hard. I have been here twice and both times the service has been horrible. No one offering to help answer my questions & once I get... ?help? it?s in the form of short one word replies with no excuse for being short as I am the only customer in the place. Thistime I went in and the manager himself was rude to while training employees. No wonder the employees have such low standards ofservice. Lastly I been there with in the span of 4 months and both times it felt as though their air conditioning wasn?tworking. Read more
I always come here but this time I was disappointed. They were out of most of the ice cream and the waffle bowls I bought were... old and the scoops I had were very small. Seemed like they were trying to shut down 2 hours early. Read more
2 Scoops with a side of Covid Who knew getting ice cream could also mean possibly being exposed to Covid! Well, it can if you... go here. The 3 ladies inside said NOTHING to a guy who came in with no mask, did not always social distance and made othersfeel uncomfortable...all because he couldn't follow directions or heck even the pictures posted on both entrances. ThanksBaskin Robbins for putting procedures in place, marking off socially acceptable distances and then NOT ENFORCING ANYTHING!!! Ifother establishments can mandate (even offer masks for those who come empty handed), refuse service for noncompliance...Then WhyCan't You??? No overly priced ice cream is worth it! You can't go wrong with Baskin robins no matter what time of year. The rainbow sharber has always been my favorite but I could... probly rattle off a dozen other flavors that I enjoy as well. The staff here is always super friendly and goes above and beyondto take care of customers. Their ice cream cakes are pretty good as well. Read more
