Went in today with my fiancé and son. My fiancé asked for vanilla but I saw the worker mistakenly putting the fat free yogurt... as the second scoop. I noticed it and he said he did see he made a mistake. Instead of making a new one the shift lead ormanager told him to take the school over and redo it. She said ?it?s just going to taste different that?s all?. Of course itwill taste different. Which is why we asked for the regular flavor. When we sat down to eat I noticed a piece of hair hangingfrom my son?s spoon. When we made them aware of this they argued and said we had to show them the hair in order to get a newone because they have to keep the hair to show their manager. Echoing everyone?s experience here. Ice cream was decent. The lady is beyond rude and disrespectful. She is constantly on the... phone talking to someone (looking at the other reviews, she has been doing that for years now!) and could not be less interestedin giving my order. No smile, courtesy or basic etiquette. I am Indian and even in India this kind of behavior is unheard of.How is she getting away with it?! Read more

Extremely rude lady behind the counter. She was talking on phone with ear pods on and yelling and shouting on us when my wife... was placing the order. The lady needs some help, either she is rude by nature Or she is going through some tough time. You willfind similar kind of reviews for this store. Evidently they decided they don?t do smoothies while I was there. No explanation given. Guy in front of me was given the same... treatment for shakes. He left angry. I?d understand if it were 15 minutes till close or something but they still had over anhour left before they closed. Read more
I have always been a fan of Baskin Robbins ice creams. This location is pretty close to my home. I love their chocolate fudge... and usually I take it in the waffle cone. It was perfect. Read more
How are these horrible businesses still in business? Because we continue to pay them to be rude to us, disrespect us, give us... very little for our money, and not value us as human being/customers that help keep the business afloat. I went here onSaturday, November 26, 2022, to redeem the birthday scoop on my account. The lady kept saying over and over, "let me know whenyou are ready to order ma'am." I said okay the first time, but she kept saying it as I was browsing to see what flavor I want,as if she was rushing me. I can't tell if this lady is Indian or Iranian but she was so rude. Once she found out I was trying toredeem the birthday scoop she rudely stated that the scanner is not working. I informed her that it is going to expire tomorrow,is there anything you can do? She said no, go to another baskin robbins. I told her I don't live near a Baskin Robbins. Herresponse and nonchalant attitude made it very clear that she did not care and wanted me to leave. When are we going to wake upand stop supporting these horrible establishments that does not give us the respect that we deserve? Whatever you do pleaseavoid going to this Baskin Robbins. Do like the lady said... Go to another Baskin Robbins!
