I?d leave zero if possible. We arrived at 11:20 to be told very rudely ?we ain?t open ?. We were told about a half hour. We... came out of Hot Topic 15 minutes later to see someone being served pretzels. When we got to the window this time, we weretold again by the same woman that they weren?t open. It really depends on what time of day and the day you order at this location; weekends typically involve long waits, and surly... service folk. Week days are best, especially after the lunch rush hour (after 1 PM).
